Yes you get what you pay for and being the cheapest please don’t book with them.
This so called company shouldn’t be in businesses.
The reviews when I booked a year ago were ok but reading before we came home yesterday 4th were shocking which raised concerns as the weather was closing in on Luton.
The drop off is in the Mid Stay car park across the road from the airport and no way is it a short walk.
It’s an absolute nightmare with a shuttle bus at the bottom of a steep slope then your shuttled across to the airport entrance.
The place is absolutely manic.The pick up driver didn’t take any pics or did I sign anything?
On our return yesterday 4th yes the weather closed in and we landed 2hrs 20mins late.
I called the number and was told it would be a delay as the roads were gridlocked.After THREE further phone calls over a period of THREE HOURS we kept being given different excuses every time and on one call from my partner the person said and I quote “you are starting to annoy me now”
We got the car back some THREE HOURS later but if we were told in the first place they had no drivers on shift we would of chilled out in Costa coffee but no so unprofessional and shouldn’t be in business

After disembarking from our plane, the journey to passport control required a number of stairways both up and down and NO LIFTS. Whilst not needing special assistance, traversing these with a small case as a 70 year old was very difficult.

My car was damaged on pick up.
2 weeks after I first contacted Swift I am still no further on with getting any information let alone compensation for the damage.
The customer service is very poor.
I will not use this company again.

I am sorry you have posted your review on the incorrect site. We are an Airport transfer service providing taxi transportation not a car parking service. We are Airport Travel Services not Airparks or Swift Meet and Greet Service. Our company has absolutely nothing to do with either of these.

I rang as per the instructions, upon leaving baggage area. Walked to the multi storey car park, and waited , and waited - asked the staff, who said my car will be there soon. After 20 minutes, I rang the number again to be told very rudely that the car is on its way. My car came after almost 40 minutes - the guy who brought my car was the same one who was at the car park when i arrived from my flight - hence they didn't despatch my car when i first rang them, they must have sent it after i rang the second time! Please avoid. just park in the multi storey !! its a scam !

Whoever is reading this review, please, do yourself a big favor and avoid this service at all costs. We had to wait for 1hr and 30 minutes for our car to be returned. I realised that there's something wrong when I gave the ticket to the attendant as he looked grumpy and lost. I asked him straight away how long it's gonna take the car to arrive and he couldn't answer, so we stayed for 45 minutes in freezing cold and then he offered us to go back to the terminal and wait there. After another 45 minutes he called. We were not the only ones waiting.

This has got to be the worst car meet and greet service full stop. Made to wait 1hr 30 minutes, absolutely no process for collecting cars, phone a number that no one answers. Then you are given excuse after excuse, road works, temporary traffic lights, they are not answering the phone, you car is next, trouble on the motorway, just to mention a few over the 90 minutes they made to wait for my car. There were numerous families waiting well over an hour. Good job it wasn’t raining.

Booked these by mistake as I usually use Priority Parking and mistake it was.
Drop of was fine but the return. 40 mins wait for the car to arrive. We were lucky, others had waited an hour.
Number given not answered on many times as he was clearly on his own and did best he could.
Staff in car park indifferent and said "just call the number - can you see your car".
I travel through Luton Airport, but next time I will avoid avoid avoid "Swift" parking

Have been using meet and greet for 12 years and this is probably the worse meet and greet service. The pick up was delayed for 45 minutes after we rang them, not enough staff, families stranded with cases and small children in the open car park with no safe place to stand whilst cars were driving and parking around them.
The staff in the car park tried to reassure saying the car is on its way, but had no clue saying at least it is not raining! .
When we rang the number again after half an hour of waiting 'our car had left just a minute before' but took another 15 minutes to travel 1.8 miles. We met no traffic when we left so assuming the company had not accounted for Saturday evening rush and were blaming the traffic to get to the airport.
Completely understand why families with children and luggage would choose to use meet and greet but would suggest you pay a bit more and use someone else and it would be quicker to use the airport bus service from one on their carparks.

Called from luggage carousel arrived at designated spot .. car was nowhere to be seen and were told we should have phoned ... we had to show phone to prove we had made the call and even then we were lied to that they hadn't received a call .. were then advised that WE should call them again even though we were standing with a group of employees
After standing in cold for 45 minutes with 2 children the car turned up never any word of apology or explanation throughout .. one employee said because they had just started shift it was nothing to do with them and wasn't their job to sort it out .. in fact as soon as we started asking questions employees all just ignored us and offered no explanation or help whatsoever .....
Finally when questioned on what exactly we were paying for they threatened to withhold ticket for us to get out of the airport
This makes a mockery of the term 'parking service' you would be FAR better and probably safer parking in the long term parking
Horrific experience and looking at other reviews seems I got off fairly lightly ... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Four of us came back from a lovely holiday on 12/2/17 around 6-30pm and made our way to the designated Bus Top for the 'Mid-Stay' Car Park. After a while the bus duly arrived and we just managed to get on. I was offered a Disabled seat by a young couple but my Wife, Son and Daughter-In-Law had to stand in the aisle.
The Bus driver got on and demanded that my Son, Wife & Daughter-in-law got off as it was too crowded. When I told him that I needed their help at the car park he still insisted that they got off anyway. So we all had to get off the bus and wait for the next one.
During the waiting period we saw other buses allowing people on packed up to the doors without any problems or evictions at all.
So we were waiting by our cases for the next bus to arrive during which time another bus driver pulled into the stand next to us. He got out strutted around to our stand and shouted and growled at my poor wife to "Leave that gate alone"!! She is in her 70's not too spritely and was merely standing there with us in the cold and trying to support herself by placing her hand on the gate !.
I must admit I was extremely annoyed and did shout out to him "Don't you speak to my wife like.... also telling him that he has a serious attitude problem" He then went away and climbed into his bus seat.
Eventually after about 25 mins in the freezing cold the original Mid Stay bus came back and it was actually the same bus. It seems that they ONLY HAVE ONE BUS TO SERVE THE MID TERM CAR PARK.
It is a fact that on that freezing evening we were left to freeze unnecessarily due to the whim of an uncaring Driver and then verbally abused by another rather obnoxious one.
I do wonder just who these people think that they are. Surely they are there to provide a caring and professional service as 'Drivers'.
THIS LOT FAILED MISERABLY. We will NEVER EVER use Luton Airport again and will surely take our custom elsewhere. Somewhere where at least they have more than one bus to ferry people to & from the overpriced and in this case a very tatty car park.

Never had an issue with the parking and used several times, but do not use the valet while you’re away option. Absolute waste of time and my 5 year old would have put in more effort. Save your tenner. Glad I didn’t go for the “deluxe” option.
