My son has had 2 organised term visits, through his school on a Wednesday morning.
My son has ADHD and Dyspraxia, sensory issues and lack of socail skills,
I never actually attended any of the sessions, as this was done through the school, but I was updated with images of my son with the horses, and he had a great time, and the sessions really helped him with his trust, confidence and caring for the horses.

Hi - Thanks for the review - just a shame that this school no longer sends learners as has stopped all it's outside provision. He was great to have and engaged well in sessions.

These guys do a great job for our Island, helping those with additional needs or their work with residential homes, just wow! Great job!!

My daughters visited Bodsters today at their new site in Sandford, as respite from their role as young carers. Despite being a little apprehensive about what to expect, they had a wonderful time, learning to lead the horse, brush and wash it, all at a pace they were comfortable with. They both learnt a great deal, and left more relaxed than they'd been all summer holiday. Thank-you for a lovely afternoon. A highly recommended experience.

As a foster carer and also someone that has children I found this equine center absolutely amazing. They have catered for foster children who have had difficult times and their patience and understanding is second to none. The horses are extremely well cared for and the the skills the children learn are valuable. I would recomend this to any child for a fantastic day out or as an on going activity. Watching the pony play football with the children was amazing. The couple who run it are genuine people who have the goal of making a difference and I beleive they do! Keep up the good work

Hi I'm having the grandchildren visit for a break over Easter until the Thursday after, are you open every day and do we need to book?

Hi, - Thanks fro your enquiry - Have a look at our website - - we do not do riding but work on the ground with the ponies. Yes you would need to book and no we are not open every day in the holidays so best thing is to 'call us on 07887876138.
