Just seen on the Google link that this base is now closed..seems it had been in administration for several months...Air space state they will concentrate on their other sites

This place is a con charged £30 for facilities that are not working , the place is dirty , the food is crap , if you want to feed your children don’t bother all they do is hotdogs , some of the staff I met were probably the thickest dumb people I’ve ever met .
If you want a good time at a trampoline park go to either Chester or stoke to flip out , absolutely brilliant .
Airspace needs to be closed it is a dump and a con .

We have attended here quite a few times over the years for free jumping and birthday parties. We attended on this occasion for free jumping for my daughters 7th birthday.
It was absolutely manic when we arrived. Aware of the procedures we completed our waivers whilst waiting in the queue. At two o'clock the one lady serving (whilst we were still queuing) shouted that the safety briefing was about to start and we could go and watch that and then come back and pay. So we went in there. This didn't start straight away though... they waited a while for some people who were still queuing and it didnt start until about ten past. Once we'd done that we left that and went back to the desk to pay, queuing again.
Once finally down on the floor after sorting the locker etc. (now about twenty past) the place was absolutely heaving. Despite the safety rules, on the free trampolines we were just being double bounced all the time by all the kids bombing about, being corrected by myself rather than your staff. The dodge ball was an absolute free for all with people (children and adults) on the opposing team playing so rough they made one girl cry launching a ball in her face! They were just completely unmanageable by your staff, not going 'out' when they were hit etc. It was so bad, the member of staff temporarily closed it to get them off!
Not all of the facilities were open either. I was aware that my children could no longer use the large trampolines but one of the activities where they jump up and over the moving poles was also gone. All in all it was just a very disappointing visit.
I think there should not be that many people in there but I also think your staff could do with better training as they showed no authority for people acting dangerously and breaking your safety rules.

I found the manager to act aggressively and antagonistic towards my autistic son during and after a disagreement between him, his friends and two other children.
I was called over to assist in the situation and on my arrival to the area I was faced with the manager literally playing tug of war grabbing a piece of equiptment from my sons hands. My son was clearly distressed, yet he didn’t stop until I asked him to. My son was previously playing with the equiptment with his friends when the other two boys entered the area breaking down the equiptment to exclude the children already playing there.
The assistant observing told me that these other children where goading and mimicking her, my son and his friends, which I feel was a reason for my sons distaste of the situation. Regardless of who was in the right or wrong in this altercation what followed exacerbated the situation due to lack of understanding and awareness of my sons needs. Assumptions where made and my son was treated appallingly.
When I arrived to help my son deal with the situation the manager was behaving like a child, threatening my son with removal from the centre, “I’ll tell your mum” and so on, while he attempted to rip the equiptment from my son. I quickly informed him that my son is autistic and he needs to back off to allow me to settle him. The manager then jumped to his own defence, attempting to explain himself, clearly knowing he’d behaved inappropriately. He led me to believe my son was intruding in what seamed like an organised session between him and he other boys, yet this I found out afterward was not the case. He had simply jumped to a conclusion that my son was in the wrong and his whole dementor was aggressive and blaming upon him. He made this very clear.
Fortunately, I was able to remove my son from this situation, not knowing what had happened, I wanted to help him calm. He was at this time non verbal and in an anxious state, clearly needing a safe place. He began frantically searching for an escape route, however the manager then felt it prudent to follow him, repeatedly talk at me that “he’s not having that” and preceded to try and trap my son within the nets surrounding the volleyball area. This threatening and disgraceful action could have tipped my son over the edge into a panic attack, when he was clearly attempting to calm himself. This action demonstrates a complete lack of understanding to a child’s needs, any child’s needs. It was egotistical and authoritarian and it’s only purpose was to display his power. This I found extremely judgemental and goes against any disability discrimination act set in law to protect people with additional needs.

I've booked this Saturday my daughters birthday party there and now I'm sorry that I did it. I've paid the most expensive pachage just because I wanted a party host - well there was no host at all. I've booked a hot food, unfortunatelly they served cold food and the so called "host" person explained that I cannot change the food preferencies on the day, so I had to buy extra hotdogs from the bar and serve myself. The staff refused to cut the cake and refused to bring forks to the children, so they have to eat the cake with hands like some animals, this was so humiliating, horible, horible, this is only I can say for the service there, the facilities are good buth the staf is RUBBISH! Never Ever AGAIN there, I will not return even for jumping as i want to forget all this miserable experience.

We should have cut the cake for you if you asked, alot of parents do this themselves but I will remind the team we should offer this
None of the food we serve requires forks so we would not have any to offer you in the party - but i do take this feedback on board & will look at get some ordered in for the future to avoid this happening again

First of all I’d like to point out how impressed I was with the facilities at airspace. The whole place was spotlessly clean and tidy and there was a wonderful range of activities for all ages set over a large area, including a mini assault course, basketball hoops, lots of trampolines and a professional gymnastics area as well as facilities for toddlers.
However, our visit today was let down by poor staff and was memorable for the wrong reasons.
When we arrived, the lady at the desk told us to fill in a waiver as it was our first visit. However, when I’d finished filling it in, she was nowhere to be seen! There were quite a few customers that morning and nobody manning the front desk, not a great first impression. I had to go and find a lady from the office to help me and she seemed confused as to where the receptionist could be.
The staff told me that there would be a safety briefing at just before 12 and the session would start at 12. Unfortunately the staff were late with the briefing and didn’t start it until after 12. Therefore the kids didn’t get on the trampolines until almost 12:10 meaning that we only got 50 minutes instead of the hour we paid for. I also saw the same thing happen after our session, meaning everyone was getting short-changed.
There were also several small children running round noisily in the balcony/cafe area and staff didn’t do anything to stop them. Someone could have easily got hurt as there were parents and toddlers in the same area and people with hot drinks.
If you go to the cafe, specify what size drink you want, as staff will automatically charge you for the large, expensive option without asking you what you want. Also be aware that there are no cows milk alternatives for lactose intolerant/vegan customers who want a tea or coffee.
In short, this is a wonderful place to visit but the staff are a big let down and need to be more customer friendly.

Thank you for the review Louise, I am sorry to read your visit wasnt what you expected
We usually run two or three breifs at the start of every hour as not everyone turns up on time
Our automated announcements let jumpers know when its time to come off but the staff dont usually chase off the band colours until the next hour come down to jump
I will rasie your concerns with the cafe team & ask them to be more vigilant on how our custmers are, or aren't looking after their children

My children & there friends absolutley love it at air space Wolverhampton! Everyone is friendly & the place is really nice & clean. The staff make it easy for you to feel comfortable & help the kids out learning them different skills. We travel from oldbury & wouldn't go anywhere else it's fantastic!

We brought our daughters to burn of steam it was great their were 10 people in their .The air crew really embraced it and interacted with all of the kids.

Booking was quite cumbersome, but was very impressed with this venue. The equipment is modern and clean. Everyone receives a safety briefing before taking part.
My son thoroughly enjoyed his hour with lots of activities.
The cafe looked good tho we didn’t use it.

Well, firstly can u say my son and his friends had a great time!
However, I was very disappointed, the service here was shocking!
Booked a party, was told to arrive half an hour before it started to then have to wait with 8 excited kids for 40 mins before we could bounce!
We then had access to a party room which no staff member guided us too, checked on us or even came to say hi!
We eventually got our hotdogs from a lovely and helpful lady who had been working for ten hours and told us she was now going home, after this we saw no one!!
The food was very basic, the hotdogs were hard and not enjoyable at all.
Although we had the summer discount I did not feel this was worth my money and will not be booking a party again!

Hi sorry late answering yes there is a seating area but a lot of people like to walk around with their children. We always do it's fun to watch them you do have to remove your shoes the walking area is cushioned. Hope you go and enjoy your visit.
