My husband chartered the beautiful Waiata as a birthday surprise, with our two children (13 and 9) who had never sailed before. We were made so welcome by Arnie, and Fergus - our skipper - was THE best ever. He was patient, friendly, great with the kids and clearly a very good sailor. And he has some great stories 😊. We had so much fun sailing around IoW and Fergus was happy to go with what we wanted to do, as well as knowing the best spot to anchor for lunch and a swim. A fantastic, fun weekend. Thank you LYC ⛵️

Just fantastic. From the moment we enquried with the lovely Claire, we knew we were in great hands. The yacht was spotless, super well maintained and lots of fun out on the water. We were looked after by skipper Andrew and Crewmate Ben... The most positive, friendly and upbeat hosts that anyone could want. We 'leaned alot' as requested, saw the wonderful beauty of the Island and anchored right next to the needles for a spot of lunch and bottle of fizz. They were also kind enough to drop us off at The Hut where we boarded a rib to make an afternoon booking... simply the best day of adventure in a long time - this company deserve your business.

Amazing week chartering New Dawn 42’ Jeanneau, yacht was very clean and in great condition, a warm and friendly welcome with relaxed handover, & the same on return. No hassle, will highly recommend.

We have just enjoyed another weeks fantastic sailing with LYC. The yacht was immaculate and well maintained with all systems in good working order.
Arnie and the team could not do enough for us and the whole team have a can do attitude - so refreshing. LYC are a country mile ahead of many other charter operators on the Solent area. Well done to you all.

Nothing was too much trouble for the team at LYC. Arnie Lucy and Jamie went the extra mile to ensure we had an excellent 5 day bare boat charter. Having chartered with other companies in the past, it is LYC we shall be returning to.

We chartered a bare boat yacht in September and had a wonderful time.
Arnie, Lucy and James could not have been more helpful and welcoming.
The yacht was in excellent condition and well presented. We will definitely charter from LYC again.

This is the 5th time Ive used LYC everytime my expectations have been passed, including to today when I needed to get home quickly and a 300 hp rib recuse me, well done Team LYC

Had a great time chartering a 42ft Dufour from LYC for a family weekend sail around the Solent and stay in Yarmouth.
Arnie, James and Lucy are really friendly and obliging, their boats are always in top condition (this is our 3rd charter over the last couple of years).
Look forward to hopefully booking up again in August.

Another excellent day's sailing in the Solent with Nick, our skipper. For a family event with a range of sailing experiences from none to loads we all had a thoroughly enjoyable time with the novices learning so much from Nick. Must do it again next year but for a longer trip. Arnie, Lucy and Nick are a great team - can't recommend LYC highly enough.

Excellent bareboat charter experience. Boats are big, clean, well equipped and well maintained. The rigging is well laid out and easy to understand. The interior is spotless and well equipped (including a really sharp knife - which just shows attention to detail). The handover was quick , easy and hassle free - but all the important info covered. The location is excellent within the marina. Arnie is friendly and genuinely cares ...
