The skating was fun and we took so many photos together and we had fun together I think we could go again soon and we would be so proud to be together and I think we’re all doing great together I think we’re just a couple weeks from the beginning we are so excited for the new start

There is cheep Ice Skating on saturdays and sundays Great to take the kids too Great parking and good cheep food. Also £2.50 skate hire

After watching our Brits win their medals at curling, we decided to have a go(as it was mentioned a lot during the commentary of the olympics). Lockerbie was our nearest "TRY CURLING" area, so off we went.
For a "FREE" trial, it was well worth the visit. The staff who were on hand to help were very helpful and friendly, and as we didn't have a change of shoes with us, they done there best to get us equipped to go onto the ice.
What a fantastic experience to have watched it.......then to have the chance to play it. The gentleman who took our group on the ice was really nice. He tried to put as much as he could into the short time we had. He had us sweeping as well as playing. It was a lot harder than it looks.
All in all it was a great experience and if we lived closer to the area we would have booked for the beginners session.
10/10 for the idea of "TRY CURLING".
