I never managed to make it inside the factory as when I got there it was closing. I was down for the Classic Motorcycle Racing at Castle Donington.
I just wanted to thank the very kind man (staff member) who came out to the car park when I arrived and when he found out I had just come from Belfast said to come back on Saturday morning and he would see what he could do to get me on the tour - even though it was fully booked. It was Dave or Darren.
So if management is reading this - Say thanks and promote this wonderful chap. I will definitely be back next year 😊

I surprised my husband with a visit here as he's a massive Steve McQueen fan. We enjoyed the centre so much , we wandered around twice. Hubby was like a kid in a sweetshop ! He was so chuffed to see the Triumph from the Great Escape "up close" and my son loved the Movie bikes from Jurassic world and No Time to Die.
Tour Guide Dave chatted to us about Triumphs history. He's honestly a great guide , informative and entertaining, those few minutes he spared at the end of a busy day will stay with us as happy memories for a long time.Hubby has not stopped talking about it since and his mates are SO jealous.
Thanks so much , Dave , my whole family (including teenage girls) had an awesome day out and it's all thanks to Dave for giving us that personal attention .
I recommend this place , ask for Dave , he's an absolute Legend !

Disappointing! Tour was expensive at £25 each compared to others, walk and talk was informative but assembly line not working so why wasn’t it reduced? Museum ok with quite a few bikes old and new. No free “thanks for coming” trinket, keyring or sticker or anything apart from good bye. Could have spent the money better at a local vehicle museum and spent longer there. Think they need to reevaluate their prices or offer more on tours. The ticket doesn’t even give you any discount in the shop or cafe! Tour guide Dave did apologise for the assembly line not working but if they knew why wasn’t something else offered instead? Ie a free coffee? Costs pence!

Being a motorcycle factory tour I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect them to be making motorcycles but this wasn’t the case when me and some mates went there we were told at the start of the tour that the production line was shut down for a couple of weeks. I think we should have been informed of this before we went which we weren’t. This was the main reason for our visit and I dare say it is for most people so very disappointed that triumph couldn’t be bothered to inform us

I visited the Museum and Visitors Centre today with my son and was blown away with the tour. Our Tour Guide Danny brought the whole Triumph story to life in amazing detail taking us on a journey across the world as well as through the Factory itself. You cannot compute the scale of the factory until you take the tour and see for yourself what is involved in making one of these bikes and after you will never buy any other bike but a triumph again. Fantastic 👍

The tour was very good and informative despite no production going on whilst we were there as it was a Saturday. We really enjoyed the experience and the coffee & cake at the end was the icing on the cake. My husband really loves Triumph motorbikes. This was bought as a 60th Birthday gift, and I enjoyed it even though I am not into bikes at all.

Just got home from the Full Works Experience and what a fantastic experience it was. Our guide Kevin (Kev) met us at the door and then looked after us for the rest of the day. We were made to feel welcome and valued right from the get go. Kev was knowledgable, friendly and entertaining and by the end of the day felt more like an old friend than a tour guide.
In fact all the staff were friendly and welcoming, much more than you would expect from any business.
The tour itself was incredible, Starting with a journey through time with the history of Triumph with bikes from every era showing the entire time line. Then onto the factory where pretty much nothing is hidden although for obvious and genuine reasons no photo’s allowed. They are very open and candid with what they show and say. It’s great to see the investment into future progression.
Finally we are taken to the exhibition where you see race bikes, movie bikes, record winning bikes and also one off specials.
I can honestly say I loved every minute and have every intent on visiting again.
Thank you Kev and Thank you Triumph.

The museum is well laid out with a deep history on display. It has really good disabled access and the cafe has a good range at sensible prices.
The shop is not cheap but quality is never going to be given away.
Loads of free parking and separate parking for motorcycles.
I didn't take the tour of the factory, as it looked like a large parts distribution centre, but I am only guessing.
Highly recommended.

I took my husband and son, both triumph bike enthusiasts however this tour was very disappointing. We kept getting the guides opinions and unrelated experiences. It was nothing like what I expected.

while not doing the factory tour, we attended the factory to visit the display and have a coffee, We were concerned as we have a small well behaved dog and prior to entering asked if it would be acceptable for him to enter. The guide could not have been more welcoming saying of course it was ok and went and got a dog bowl and water.
Great cafe, great display of many bikes including tom Cruise's triumph from mission impossible, nice shop, spotlessly clean throughout

Are there any day trip tours from London that include this factory tour plus the national motorcycle museum? Debating whether to take the train and taxi or rent a car. Would be easier to go with a group from London. Planning ahead for June 2020, part of of a TT race trip! If anyone knows of any good Triumph gear stores as well that’s helpful!

London to Hinckley is about 2 hours by road depending on traffic. National Motorcycle Museum is about 40 mins from Hinckley and well worth a visit, and the Coventry Motor Museum, free entry, is also a top visit. I have stayed in Coventry Ibis and done the museums followed a day at Donington Park Circuit. Take the direct country route from Coventry to Donington, avoid motorways, and enjoy some fabulous empty country roads.

Hi, how long would you normally spend visiting? I understand that the tour is around 1.5hrs but does this include everything?
The tour of the factory is about 1.5 hours and most people spend around 1 to 2 hours in the exhibition and cafe.
