We took a group of scouts from Ireland for bowling and have dinner here. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and the scouts all had a great time bowling. Viv was absolutely lovely and we were all very well fed! Great value for money from a fantastic local business.

Wonderful place for your family day out! Took my nephews here during their holiday and they absolutely loved it, family friendly and just all round great

Great place to visit!
Fun for the kids, they loved the soft play. Air hockey for the adults as well as the bowling alley itself and followed up by some really delicious food. Great day out well worth the trip to Ramsey.

We 5 got there,and we were still thinking was it going to be any good. Well it wasn't good at all, it was Brilliant !
I found out very quickly that I am a crap bowler,but I thoroughly enjoyed the evening,The staff were excellent and the food we had in front of us was very well put together and was well enjoyed ,Drinks were very reasonable,and I mean very reasonable.the whole idea is fun and that is what it was,we are all doing a repeat at Xmas and are really looking forward to it.congradulations to all for a very well run bit of entertainment,good luck for the future.long may it continue.all the boxes got 10 out 10.

We visited with 4 adults and 2 kids (14 and 12 year old). When we started the game our scoring was out- not giving a strike when one was scored, counting 9 pins down when only 8 had gone. When we complained the lady added the points on but then it kept happening. We moved on to another lane where we had exactly the same problems. Wrong scores, not recognising bowls etc. One player had 8 balls in one go as it didn't recognise them. We complained again and were offered a refund on our 2nd game (but not the first one, which was the one we had problems on). We decided to carry on with our second game, knowing that the scoring was out. The problems continues. When a strike was scored you had to bowl an extra ball or it wouldbt reset, it scored a strike when only 9 had been knocked over (completely affecting the score). When one player, bowled the ball shot back down the aisle at her! When this was reported to the staff their response was 'oh yeah, it does that about once a month! Not really the response you would expect when it comes to health and safety! Upon complaining we did get a half baked apology but no offer of a refund, free game or vouchers. Not exactly good customer service. With 2 extremely competitive kids and half of the adults being pretty competitive also, this completely ruined our experience and we left extremely disappointed and it cost us over £50 for the experience! Won't be returning or recommending it to others. Really disgusted with this service!

This was a lovely experience to have a family breakfast and it was a perfectly cooked full English.

A great indoor activity for the family when it’s cold on the beach. Have a meal from the self service cafe sit in the sun and watch the sea crash in the beach. Taken in some exercise and get your bowling arm out. This is a fun place to take the family and enjoy quality time. Good service.

My daughter had been wanting to go bowling for ages. So we decided to go on a Thursday evening - I booked the lane in advance. We were planning on having our dinner there too. The bowling was good fun for my daughters they really enjoyed it. However the kitchen closes at 5.30pm I’m a Thursday. I’m not sure how you are supposed to know that as no one mentioned it to me. So when we went to place our order we were told the kitchen was closed. There are menus in the bowling area so you can order and they bring the food to your lane, no mention that the kitchen closes so early. Apart from that it was good fun and I would recommend and return, just very disappointing that there was no mention of the kitchen closing so early!

Went here today for breakfast with my husband. I go here a lot and have always enjoyed the food but today was a big disapointment. The sausages looked aneamic and uncooked ( cheap) you could have wedged the door open with the bacon and the tomatoe sauce was tasteless and also cheap. I overheard the owner on the telephone, asking to return a box of tomatoe sauce as they have delivered heinz instead of the tasteless cheap brand. Won't be going for brealfast again. I expected decent food, especially when I was paying £7.50.
