Staff as Good as it gets. Exceptional!!! But left early tonight due to people vaping and unchallenged even when offered a drink neither even wearing masks. Need strict training for staff to chastise this behaviour before getting closed down .

Lovely time in the Southport genting, Wayne in particular was very attentive, exceeding in his customer service skills, attending to our every need

I'd just like to say, I'm a local and have been in here many of times, sometimes in some unexplainable states - however tonight in particular I was tipsy and in a daft mood and I have to say, Amanda at the desk and Austin our 'tour' were incredibly welcoming and joyful to my and my friends daft banter. All in all making our little £10 blow out worth more than any £1'000 ball previously! Awesome people 🤘🏽 Awesome night, both 50p up 😂

First time visiting didn’t have a clue how anything worked In there Irish Wayne was so polite and helpful helped explain to us how everything worked lovely pleasant man will be visiting again thanks to Wayne

Whilst staying at the lovely Bliss Hotel we took the opportunity to visit the casino next door.
So enjoyed a good value tasty light meal.
Our server Austin deserves a special mention, what a friendly genuine host he was.
Thank you.
PS: pleased had a small win too.

Very lovely and friendly atmosphere for dinner and cocktail. The staff was polite and smart.I am not so sure if I am allowed to take any photos here. So only one can be shared

We came in a little late after having a few drinks in town, we were met by Ryan on the bar who was exceptional with his customer service, a credit to the business who made our time at the casino very welcoming

Called for a meal, and took advantage of the two course for £12 menu. Great food, with excellent service, from a lovely waitress called Anika! Well worth a visit!

We have visited Genting in a few cities now and they are all friendly, Southport is in the centre by the pier and is compact with a lovely restaurant area and lovely seating areas for watching TV, helpful friendly staff and good food and drink at reasonable prices, the food was fresh, hot and very nice, the waitress was attentive and the premises are very clean, I have taken a photo of my meal which was chicken in a mushroom and garlic sauce, it was delicious, well worth a visit.

We booked new years eve not really sure what it would be like but it turned out a brilliant evening
6 of us ,all ladies, went for a good new years eve and weren't left feeling it had cost too much.
We arrived and were given our 1st glass of bubbly the next was at midnight both on the house.
The table had crackers,,hats,blowers and a gold gift box with 2 £5 guest chips inside.
The meal arrived beautifully presented and was delicious , the salmon starter I had was the best I'd had for years. The fillet steak was tender and perfectly cooked.
The entertainment was excellent ,I think she was called holly apologies if that's wrong but she was brilliant and entertained well.
New years eve arrived and there was the usual balloons plus cannons firing gold foil, we even ended up singing auld lang syne.
The atmosphere was buzzing.
The staff in the restaurant were outstanding they worked really hard and it was so well organised.
Would definitely recommend the restaurant and food.
We will definitely returning

Hi! Just curious as to whether you host Holdem poker, and if so, what rough price tournament buy-ins/ normal blinds would be? relatively new to the casino scene so any information would be much appreciated- will probably attend a private night with some friends before too long, but I am curious as to whether there is a table often open (Friday/ Saturday evenings).

To get information/photos of casinos in England is like getting blood out of a stone! Does this casino have live entertainment every Friday and Saturday; how many slots and gambling tables are there; I can only see 13 photos here ?! any responses would be hugely appreciated as my hubby and I are in Southport for this weekend coming for the Terracotta Warriors exhibition in Liverpool and I honestly, really do not want to spend my evenings where we are staying and prefer not to go to bingo! lol

Live entertainment is not every weekend .
As for tables there's about 8 no idea on slots . There is a restaurant , however it's not open every night
