Absolutely ludicrous system in the concession. You have to queue and pay for your drinks and snacks, then go all the way around to another part of the counter and queue to collect what you ordered. If you want to interact with a human being instead of a machine, there’s no means to pay by card. And yet it’s the same members of staff moving between each counter on the other side, who could just as easily have served you. I wasn’t the only one completely confused. Much simpler to sneak your own snacks in!

Very attractively refurbished cinema with fantastically comfortable, reclining seats and phenomenal leg room – but perhaps best of all, the staff couldn’t be more helpful – always cheerful and can-do, even under pressure and really enhance any evening at this cinema. Good range of times too on most films.

Alright cinema but charges full price for disabled seats when there is no choice of seat. The disabled seat is right at the back of the cinema. Any establishment which offers disabled access should acknowledge the limitations of said access by reflecting this in the price of the seats. If there is no limitation then it is fair for full price to be charged however if you provide a subpar selections it is only reasonable that this is reflected in the ticket price. It is evident the people running this establishment are not only ableist but also revel in extortion.

Went twice and screen broke both times first time the graphics wouldn’t fully load second time the sound didn’t work. Food is very good and the seats are very comfortable.

Watched Cyrano de Bergerac shown live from West End London. Production was amazing. Filming was perfect. Screened to this comfortable venue. Watch out for it coming again@

Just a few lines to thank staff for helping me to get suitable seats for my mum who has mobility issues. I didnt check layout before booking and assumed that front row seats were nearest the door - in fact it was the opposite. Staff kindly helped accommodate us - very much appreciated.

It was interesting to read fusilier960’s review in 2016 and other subsequent reviews of the Bangor Omniplex cinema car park. It seems that after 3 years things are still the same. We visited the cinema last night with family. Enjoyed the movie but when we came to leave we discovered our car was boxed in. A car had parked in the central slanted parking slot giving me no room to manoeuvre. After 10 minutes of trying to get out I went into the cinema to speak to the staff. There was no manager available only a young supervisor. She was not interested in doing anything to help. This was around 7:30. She advised me it could possibly be up to 10:30 before the owners of the other cars could show up.
I tried the Bingo hall. What a difference. They could not have been more helpful, putting a tannoy out with the registration of the car blocking me in. Unfortunately there was no takers.
All I wanted the Omniplex staff to do was ask the cinema viewers if they owned the vehicle with the registration I had provided if they could move their car. I would imagine 99% of people would have gladly helped me out.
The car park directly in front of the cinema is a disaster. Omniplex have not reacted to 3 years worth of complaints about the central slot. I’m certain that cars getting blocked in happens regularly. Most likely the majority of people don’t take the time to write a review about it. I would suggest that any cars damaged while trying to exit the car park should refer to these reviews and the 3 years worth of complaints and that they should try and claim damages to their vehicles against Omniplex.
I doubt we will be back.

The title says it all. Rude untrained staff, especially when it comes to handling food and money. Carpets so dirty that your feet stick to them. Uncomfortable and broken seating, Cold. Smelly ill repaired toilets that look as if they only get a cursory wipe over. I won't be back.

Avoid this cinema! Wasn't allowed to bring food in already purchased for the kids so you have to spend a lot on over priced products that the kids don't really want. Movie house, Odeon, and Odyssey do not enforce this rule! Seats are allocated so you can't see before you enter the cinema. Seats are also uncomfortable. Sound is poor. Worst cinema I've ever been to!
