My brother in law and sister in law had been to this cheese shop before. We all went in October. They do charge for the official cheese tasting now, but it was about 15 euros, we got 5 cheeses and red or white wine. They were so nice, explained all the cheeses for us. We did purchase some to bring home. They can vacuum seal them.

Een top adres voor kaas liefhebbers! We hadden een kaasproeverij met een glas wijn. Zoveel keuze. Echt heerlijk. Super vriendelijke mensen. Zeer de moeite waard!

Giolito formaggi a Bra un’assoluta garanzia di qualità.
Anche questo Natale 2022, tramite il loro sito, ho ordinato, e già assaggiati naturalmente, una carrellata di formaggi dal bra stravecchio al Montemagno.
Tutti squisiti.
Ho notato che tutti i pezzi, in confezioni sigillate, sono leggermente più pesanti da quanto ordinato e pagato.
E se volete assaporare un’esperienza indimenticabile andate a trovarli in negozio, io l'ho fatto poco tempo fa quando vivevo nel basso torinese.
La gentilezza e la cordialità sono di casa.
Mi hanno fatto assaggiare una montagna di formaggi e naturalmente mi sono lasciato facilmente tentare all'acquisto.
Anche questo Natale 2022, tramite il loro sito, ho ordinato, e già assaggiati naturalmente, una carrellata di formaggi dal bra stravecchio al Montemagno.

Thanks to Loudmila we visited this place: Hughe choice of quality cheese and nice staff. This was a nice surprise.

I’ve been to Piedmont a dozen or so times—love, love, love it there. Though I’m aware that Bra is the HQ of Slow Food and food friendly, I had never visited Giolito Cheese. Our hotel concierge insisted we go… and thank you Erika! It was absolutely fantastic.
It’s a 2 + hour affair. Led by (in our case anyway) by Lucia, incredibly knowledgeable and the sweetest person ever. And FUNNY. We were blown away by the facility, the wares, the hospitality and by Lucia in particular (though owner Fiorenzo was right there with us half of the time). We laughed for 60 minutes of our 2 hours there. If you claim to be a ‘foodie’, this place is a must

Ottima esperienza con degustazione di formaggi locali affinati con estro e maestria. Prezzi non contenuti ma adeguati alla qualità dell'offerta.

straordinario l'assortimento di formaggi locali e non ma sopratutto straordinaria la passione per il prorio lavoro e per il formaggio che aggiunge qualcosa in più al già notevolissimo impatto della vetrina del negozio stracolam di delizie. Grande cortesia abbinata ad una professionalità a tutto tondo fanno di una visita a questo negozio di formaggi una tappa obbligata in ogni occasione di una tappa braidese.

Fiorenzo e Marco ti fanno entrare nel l’iro lavoro con grande passione, professionalità ma senza essere troppo firmali. Bravissimi nel raccontare la loro storia, gli aneddoti, la scelta dei formaggi e un po’ dei propri pareri personali. Degustazione super consigliata

Ottimo negozio di prodotti caseari. Possono essere acquistati tanti prodotti caseari. I prezzi applicatti sono quelli di mercato. Tutti i prodotti sono genuini e freschi di produzione
