Winery Estate | Casale dello Sparviero
Your wine tour and wine tasting in Tuscany, Chianti Classico wine. An ancient monastery from the XVIIth century, where sparrowhawks are wont to do their nest. The company spans over a total of 380 hectares. 90 hectares are vineyards at an altitude of 250 meters (commonly considered optimal for the production of Chianti Classico).
The landscape: forests, lakes, and spontaneous vegetation provide the perfect setting for the life cycle of the vineyard.
