‪Una excursión inolvidable‬

‪Contratamos a través de Civitatis el tour a Lipari, panarea y Stromboli. Una experiencia alucinante sobre todo por la visión de las explosiones nocturnas del volcán. Tiempo en cada isla de aprox 2 horas. Muy buena experiencia. Lo único que echamos de menos es que desde la oficina nos avisarán de que íbamos a cambiar de barco porque cuando subimos al barco en Milazzo dijeron que iba a vulcano desde Lipari que no era nuestro destino y nos asustamos y me bajé a preguntar y ya me explicaron que al bajar nos explicarían que otro barco coger desde lipari y a qué hora. En Panera interesa cogerse un taxi e irse a una de sus playas. Por lo demás, salvo esto, buena experiencia que se ajustaba a lo contratado.‬

‪Ok but likely better if you go directly with tour operators in the islands‬

‪If you hate planning and controlling your trip and rather pay someone else to do it, this is for you. But if you are more price conscious and want to have your trip adapted to your preference and needs, you better deal directly with the hotel and the tour operators in the islands, that way you will save a fair amount of money and pick the tour itineraries that best suit you. The itineraries from this agency are quite broad to interpretation (so whatever happens they trick their way). For instance, something that the tour operators do (and this agency doesn't) is the estimated timings for each stop and it does makes a difference when you have one hour vs when they leave you for six hours, so you can plan ahead what to do with that time.‬

‪Excursion sans commentaires sans interet‬

‪Très déçue par cette excursion coûteuse pour au final ..se retrouver à faire le tour d un pâté de maison pdt 1h sur panarea sachant que la plage promise est trop loin pour pouvoir y aller dans leur timing ensuite tu passes 3h sur stromboli idem rien à faire les rando volcan sont bien trop longues pour en effectuer 1 et le dernier moment promis que tu te dis, tu auras au moins payer pour voir la lave coulée sachant que strombili est sensé cracher 1 à 10 fois par heure et tu y restes à peine 20 min devant pour biensur ne rien voir..bref il pleuvait en plus mais ça ce n était juste pas de chance..voilà je ne vous conseille pas non plus d y dormir car vraiment pas grand chose à faire...‬

‪Keep away from this Company! - Fake?!‬

‪No Communication - is this a Fake?!??!
We Booked a parking place for leaving the rental car for an Island trip. Since our time for departing and Arrival of the ferry was changed from the ferry company we wrote several times to Clarissa viaggi. We used different email Adresses from her. Then we got covid and wanted to cancel. Also Here we tried to call and write By email and also WhatsApp. Until today we got no refund or at least reply. I would suggest to keep away from this Company!‬

‪Minicrocere Lipari-vulcano sconsigliatissino prendete il traghetto e poi un abarchetta a lipari

Se prendo una barca a luglio con 40ngradi vorrei fare un bagno, discesa su Lipari alle 12.30 senza possibilita' di fare un bagno, che senso abbia proprio non riesco a comprenderlo, tutti di fretta nel risalire il prima possibile, prendere spunto dalle minicrocere di Favignana e levanzo, in quel modo si organizzano minicrocere.. Ps prenotate un traghetto a 18 euro poi pagate un barcaiolo‬

‪Abandonnées par l’équipage et menacées par l’agence‬

‪Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette agence ! Nous avons été abandonnées par le bateau en milieu de parcours alors que nous sommes arrivées en avance au lieu de rdv et lorsque nous avons essayé de demander à l’agence de faire un geste commercial, on nous a répondu que tout était de notre faute et que si nous rédigions des commentaires négatifs, ils iraient voir le juge, le comble !!! De loin ma pire expérience d’excursion en bateau jusqu’à ce jour !‬

‪Tarnav-Tour - Super Ergänzung des Sizilienurlaubs‬

‪Natürlich ist 1 Tag nur ein crashkurs der Inseln, verdient hätten sie länger, aber für uns war es besser als nichts.
Boot fährt Panarea und Stromboli je 2h an. Zeigt auf der Fahrt noch interessante Felsen etc. Halt bei Stromboli bei Nacht ca 30 Minuten. Reicht für 3x Lava. Links in Fahrtrichtung sitzen.
Auf den Inseln empfehlen wir Rundgänge via Komoot. Besonders die Häfen sind sehr überlaufen. Essen kann mitgebracht werden. Restaurant v.a. auf Stromboli ausreichend vorhanden, aber wenn man nur 2h Zeit hat, will man vielleicht nicht unbedingt essen.
WCs und bar am Schiff. Etwas seefest sollte man sein, schwankt selbst bei ruhigem Meer etwas.
Für uns klare Tagestourempfehlung!‬

‪EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED 😠‬

‪I had booked this activity 23rd March 2022 for 13th April, I had rearranged parts of our holiday to make sure we could fit in this booking, I paid part via PayPal and debit card, received a confirmation email and they also connected with me via WhatsApp.

I assumed all was okay I didn't hear anything further from the company until I contacted them via WhatsApp the morning of departure following an hours car travel and parking paid for a full day only to be told that the trip was cancelled....ONE WEEK AGO AND I WAS REFUNED ALREADY.

I checked my account PayPal, bank account and emails, I was not repaid and I did not receive any contact regarding cancellation. I was really upset, angry, it was my first time in Sicily and unfortunately this was a massive waste of my time money. No one and the decency or respect to explain why it was cancelled.

Terrible communication I would never recommend this company to anyone the risk of last minute cancellation is too upsetting.

I was refunded after but its the disappointment was more unfortunate.‬

‪Nous sommes satisfaits du service shuttle pour l’aéroport de l’agence clarissa viaggi. Nous voulions nous rendre au port de milazzo au départ de l’aéroport de Catane, et nous avions opté pour le service de la clarissa viaggi. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un bus de luxe avec un personnel gentil et très professionnel. Communiquer avec l’agence nous a aidé à trouver exactement ce que nous recherchions. Excellent service.‬
