Smack on the highway going towards vapi from Mumbai this Jain temple is worth the stop. Of course for Jain it is sort of pilgrimage on this highway.
Not only built on a big parcel of land and spacious with parking available it also has facilities for wholesome jain food.

Very beautiful temple, made with lot of space and good place for eating in the vicinity veg food available, petrol pump also near, only problem is you need to have a vehicle to go there, i beleive UBer and Ola are available but better to have transport arranged .

It's a very pleasant place for jains. It has a good staying facility and also food here is very nice. They also have a library to read on religion and other things.

I must have crossed Lodha Dham countless times but never made a stop.
Thanks to trip advisor I discovered it.
Made a stop here. Its a hidden gem in Vasai! Beautiful and peaceful Jain Temple.

Lodha dham sounds to be religious place, but it is not. Yes, it has temple, it has naturopathy and Yoga centre, ayurvedic and acupressure but it has beautiful garden, good architecture and a place where you need peace. You can do a morning walk too which is open for public in the morning 6 AM, you can visit Sai Baba temple, in fact this is a resting place for many Sai Bhakt who travel from Mumbai to Shirdi on foot. You can have non contaminated milk direct from dairy from an outside Tabela, you can enjoy the beauty and it is hardly 1 and half hour drive from Mumbai and 15 minutes from Thane

The first thing which comes to our mind when we hear of Lodha are those luxurious properties in Mumbai.. It has been the second largest real estate developer by revenue.. Lodha Foundation has been indulged in many social activities in the fields of education, healthcare, women empowerment.
Lodha Vihar Dham in Vasai, is dedicated to the travelling Jain Munis. Realizing the need to provide a comfortable stop over for Jain Munis, Lodha Foundation has built a Jain Derasar with attached dharamshala that houses over 200 pilgrims. Lodha Dham is being quipped with state of art water harvesting and recharge technology. This ensures we give back more than we take from Mother Nature.
The campus has a temple, library, catering area and a gathering place for devotees. The temple carved of marble is dedicated to Simandhara Swami.
