Had booked a reservation from 10.00 to 14.00 arrived 20 minutes late , due to traffic congestion and I was told that I can then just be present until 14.00. But I thought contingencies so sauna until 2.20. A young ( too young for this position ) girl said no until 14.00.
Well, ridiculous just.
During the Saunagang there were several visitors who almost slipped on the stairs in the pool, very slippery, so underwater.
My towel is stolen, searched everything but nowhere to be seen.
In the restaurant it took a very long time before you could order, while it was quiet. The too-young staff stood chatting with each other, and on the tables stood the and of still used glasses and crockery.
The Wood fired sauna was not at temperature, there was an info board, but you could still use it.
Too cold, then.
The wardrobes are too small, and a ridiculous system to open. In one place a kind of central , and many visitors have to be quick to reach their locker opened,
For many visitors it is an unclear system.
During the cheeks, the too-young employee is on the phone too long, two of her colleagues, also too young (so low wage costs, sitting behind a kind of barricade stupidly sweating and eating and staying put.
I went out annoyed to smoke but left my bag.
When she returned, she was still on the phone, asked if she wanted to end the conversation or I would walk away.
She ended it quickly.

Told in brief what annoyed me, and shrugging saying, well, we can't always pay attention everywhere.
Far too young staff, cannot yet deal with situations. Let alone with guests.
This was the last time Bronsbergen Zutphen.

Thermen Busloo ? too big , crowded and too commercial,
Sauna Veluwse Bron ? Same , also got too big, but the service hasn't grown with it, long queues , four computers and two male/female, too young staff.
And where then, between Heino and Zwolle Sauna Swoll, I've been there for years, experienced renovation, and it remains a family sauna. The second generation of the family has taken over,
Very good friendly staff, always clean and tidy, drying floors regularly etc.
One of the owners and staff regularly walk around , cleaning and drying the floors.
Perfect.
Don't go all at once after this revue because otherwise it will be too busy.

Good smaller sauna but everything is there.
And good.
In the restaurant, the staff talk to each other too much so the client has to wait too long.

After all the bad reviews here I was very curious what it would be like, but it was delicious. Saunas are delicious. Delicious pouring. Very friendly staff. The floor was idd smooth but was regularly dried and with small steps it went fine. Food was fine. We enjoyed it!!

Unfriendly staff at reception. Lettuce on the buns was already brown. Mirror-smooth floors and therefore end up in hospital

Because the weather was nice we (finally) visited this wellness center. Dissapointing. construction noise from the neighbors, a steam cabin that was out of order and this sunbathing lawn was a postage stamp with only 10-12 beds. After a sauna visit, everything was taken by someone else and our belongings were placed on a table. did not feel welcome and left again (after 1.5 hours)

Very noisy complex. The hall with foot bath invites you to talk, which causes nuisance in the saunas around it. Makes it difficult to relax. Saunas have a good temperature. Had a wonderful infusion and massage.
Food was simple, but fine.
Also noise pollution from the neighboring gym in the evening. Nice day, but not worth repeating here.

Ik was vorige week naar de Bronsbergen geweest, een avondentree... Ik was bijna 30,- kwijt met ook nog eens een energietoeslag. Toen ik daar aankwam, bleken ze te weinig personeel te hebben en zouden ze rond 21.00 uur de deuren al gaan sluiten. Uiteindelijk heb ik anderhalf kunnen "relaxen", al was daar uiteindelijk niet echt sprake van. Ik kreeg niet eens korting of iets tegoed i.v.m. hun personeelstekort.

Een hoop oude meuk voor een over de top prijs. Je ziet werkelijk aan alles dat er nauwelijks onderhoud wordt gedaan.

We zijn vandaag voor de eerste keer hier geweest en meteen ook de laatste helaas. De prijs voor ‘de ochtend’ van 25 euro p.p. (En vooraf te betalen, en na afloop extra energietoeslag) Is echt te hoog voor hetgeen geboden wordt. Het was heel rumoerig en was voor ons niet echt ontspannen

Fijne en erg complete sauna. Veel verschillende sauna’s met verschillende temperaturen. Uitgebreide tuin met diverse plekjes om rustig te ontspannen. Goede horeca ook. Opgietingen zijn echt goed!
Ongeschikt voor iemand die en sauna als entertainment ziet. Wel voor de rustzoeker. Compact maar compleet.
