My experience is not at the establishment it self, we love bounce! My kids have had parties there before and been to them and they are great value, however today I had the worst experience from their call centre. I have booked a party for my daughter for Jan 18, and had many invited guests pull out last minute. I called and spoke with Shania and Dean, I asked if I could transfer my deposit to passes, as I know there is no cash refund, I asked because I have received a transfer to passes last july when I had to cancel my son’s party. I was told that they only did that back in July out of ‘good faith’ and wouldn’t be doing that this time. I was then asked to put it in writing my request as the supervisor wouldn’t speak with me over the phone, as an email can be further investigated apparently. After I sent the email dean called me all in a space of 30 minutes , such a waste of time when he could have just taken my call. He explained the T&C again. . . And told me there will be no transfer to passes because I was cancelling 7 days out. My point is, they are not loosing any money by transferring our deposit to passes, and they’ve done it before so I know it’s doable. Not fair Bounce! Customer service was very ordinary.

We booked the tickets and realised we forgot to redeem the gift voucher. We called the service centre and were told we couldn't use the gift voucher once the payment is finalised. The system doesn't allow for cancellation, either. So, be warned if you want to buy tickets as you wouldn't be able to cancel them.

We have a great time as the grandchildren love all the activities, and I love watching them from the cafe that serves excellent coffee.

Visited Essendon Bounce with special needs clients. Disappointed to see the place was way overcrowded with bus loads of kids and NO social distancing at all…. Very little opportunity for our guys to move freely around due to school kids taking over almost every trampoline. If we had of known large school groups were present we would not have booked, due to social distancing safety and ease of access.
To top it off we went to use the toilet facilities when leaving and had to leave without using due to them being absolutely disgustingly dirty.
Will most certainly not visit again… VERY disappointed

Kids had a great time.
It was well supervised and had a great view of the planes for the kids.
Plenty of different activities too.
Only criticism was the carpark was a bit disorganised...not really Bounces problem.

We chose the essendon bounce for the cliff jump, and my son was super excited to use it.
On arrival we were told it would open at the start of the session. When the session began we were told it would open half way through.
It opened at 1.30 and doors were shut at 1.44-14 mins out of an hour-this feature shouldn’t be flagged as available online. False advertising, as we booked to enjoy this feature, only to find it was hardly available.
When I asked why it couldn’t be open longer we were given multiple reasons and even told by one member of staff it would open in a minute, whilst another said no it was definitely shut.
No clear policy, but don’t expect to be able to use this more than a handful of times, and don’t take a drink in between, as they shut the feature off as nobody was queuing to use it.

All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I had 6 boys with me aged 7 to 13 and they all had the most wonderful time. It’s a great way for the youngsters to burn off some energy as well as getting the teens off technology!! Highly recommend a visit!

Speaking on behalf of my two grandchildren, they learned a lot in their first hourly lesson in the school holiday flight program from Bree. I stayed to watch and felt that she is a relaxed and good teacher for them. They were allocated plenty of space for their lessons and the group was small so they got good attention. I was happy that it wasn't too crowded for the free play session afterwards. They could not wait to go on day two.

2hrs enough time for the kids to run around and burn off energy. Food was nice and plentiful and fruit platter yummy! Hosts very nice and good with the kids.7 free coffees too!

We visited this center not expecting much but the service was great, the facility very clean and well maintained and everyone had a great time
There is lots of parking, good coffee and a great little cafe within walking distance!
