Always excellent. I have been going to aroma Thai since it opened. I would definitely recommend. Great service. Lovely staff, very clean and always punctual.

Excellent deep tissue massage by Fazia. My wife had a aromatherapy massage which she enjoyed .Nice reception area and room and a very professional service

Is ot just me? I attended to day to make an appointment and they wanted me to write all my bank details on a piece of paper incase I didn't show up for my appointment......I found this very strange and unprofessional...I refused and left.....I asked the lady why do you want my details on a piece of paper.....What if you drop it or leave it out for other people to see.....She didn't or she seemed not to understand???? I will go elsewhere

My husband went for a foot massage here last week and loved it so much that I had to go. I LOVE having a foot pamper and this was amazing with Jit. Focus on feet, ankles and calf with oils, warmth and Jit's amazing hands. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders from work so next time a full body or foot/neck and shoulder for me. We went here years ago when it was called something else but its miles better now. Its so warm and inviting with a lovely waiting area. Smells lovely and staff are fab.

I went today for the first time for a 30 min neck, back , shoulder massage, it was amazing staff so professional and friendly

I went for the first time today. As others have mentioned, the Spa is a nice clean and tidy environment with professional, helpful staff. I had a full body massage - it was much needed as I have developed alot of knots and stiffness in my back, neck and shoulders. The quality of the massage was excellent - though not for the faint hearted! I was so impressed with my experience today that I have became a member and have already booked in my next massage appointment.

We’ve been three times now and it’s lovely every time. Really clean, efficient, no waiting, and full use of the time you book. We book the couples massage as it’s slightly cheaper. The masseurs are polite and very skilled

Bad experience here - I travelled all the way here to find that they had cancelled my appointment and booked someone else in instead of me with no warning from the company because they said I hadn't paid a deposit. In fact, I never received an email asking for a deposit because they had spelt my surname wrong. I was told by staff that this was 'my fault' for not chasing up the deposit. They had my correct phone number but never called me to chase up the deposit themselves and they did not contact me to tell me they'd cancelled my appointment and booked someone else in instead. Really disappointed and disappointed in customer service here

A deposit is to secure the appointment and if a deposit is not received, the appointment is given to somebody else unfortunately. Our policy is not to chase unpaid deposits as we get ignored if we do, so we just take it that the person who made the booking has changed their minds by not paying an appointment booking deposit.

I booked a 90 minute full body massage following a series of night shifts and my god it was AMAZING from start to finish the experience was relaxing, timely and professional. The massage is the best that I’ve ever had and I will 100% be recommending and returning. £65 for 90 is such good value for money and my back feels the best it ever has.

I called and was able to get a last minute appointment for a half hour massage. It was amazing and really helped.
