I would have given Elvis a zero but 0ne was as low as it goes. Elvis is a cranky rude old man that yells at everyone that drives down the street to the docks.
We thought he was the only water taxi, so we stopped . He told us $20 a piece even though I mentioned the website said $15. After we paid $20 each he insisted we tip him then and told us to tip his boat driver on the ride back. The young boat driver was friendly and did his job well. Don’t fall for Elvis! Call or look for A1 Taxi Service. We found Angelo the next day and was so glad we did!!!

East way to get to Stocking Island and Chat n Chill. Meet at the 221 Wine Spirits right in the Georgetown loop to catch the taxi. Look for the middle aged man w gold chains to pay. Park across the street.

Gli spostamenti per stocking sono piuttosto cari soprattutto perché il punto di maggior interesse è senza dubbio starfish, che richiede un extra tariffa (in totale 40 dollari a persona). Lo spostamento è breve per quel costo ma sono molto cordiali e puntuali. Se volete fare due tappe dedicate molto più tempo a starfish che alla sosta a chat'n'chill (giusto per le razze molto belle)

Whatever they tell you, add 50 minutes and they’ll be right there. It’s a basic boat providing back-forth service between George Town and Chat n’ Chill on Stocking Island. Be sure to bake-in a couple of extra hours for the delays. Maybe I need to chill out.

We paid for our ride to a guy in the parking lot and waited about 20 minutes to ride over to Stocking Island. They told us they would be back every hour on the hour. We were ready to come back at 2, so we headed that way at 5 minutes till 2. The boat was there but no driver. We waited and waited. The driver finally showed up at 15 minutes after 2 and told me it would be 3 before we headed back. I told him we were there at 2 but he wasn’t. He told me “Me bad, that’s my fault, now we have to wait until 3.” He was really rude. He didn’t care. He went over behind Chat N Chill and relaxed in a chair with his buddy

Greeted and shown where to park and wait for the water taxi. The captain was professional and helpful with assisting us off the boat when arriving at Stocking Island.

Is a 10 month allowed to sit on moms lap while taxi over to Chat N Chill? Do you need to reserve taxi and time or just show up to dock?

We had planned to go with a1 taxi to stocking island but found out they weren't working that day. He recommended we use Elvis. We saw someone close to a car playing music with a gold necklace and he claimed to be taking reservations for Elvis taxi. We were a little weary at first, but gave him our credit card for $20 pp round trip. The card declined, which is interesting because it's never happened before. We then paid cash & received 2 tickets. He said it would be about 25 minutes so we wandered to the deck we thought the boat would show up. After about 30 minutes we asked him where we should wait and he directed us to Island boy bar where there were others waiting as well. We stayed there another 30 minutes or so. We were about to give up and ask for our $ back but then we saw him walking up, and directed us to the boat. Elvis was the captain and was professional and asked when everyone needed to be back. Our pickup time was likely inconvenient for him but he showed up right on time. We got there & back safely so I have no complaints.

No - they only operate across to Stocking island - but if you ask at Minns water sports they will find one that does.

Does the water taxi take you from grand exuma to Nassau? If so what are the times and rates?

No this goes to chat n chill on stocking island. Nassau is several hours away by boat and you would need a larger speed boat. If going to nassau people fly
