Girl with obscenely long nails waxed my legs and didn’t hold down the skin properly - now my varicose veins hurt permanently and I can never get that strip o skin waxed ever again. I complained and was given a £25 voucher for the spa, which I never want to visit again. I actually would have needed either laser treatment of that area or treatment of the veins or both. They palmed me off with a worthless voucher. Never will visit again.

My husband and I had breakfast at the cafe next door, Season and booked exclusive use of their spa. We had an excellent experience and will be back! The facilities are stunningly modern and clean. The staff are very professional and attentive. Well done Simply!

My wife had a really bad hair cut/style on the last visit, other than that it is a very nice, modern place.

just chilling from a amazing afternoon at Simply Salon and Spa Carrickfergus...great service from the moment we booked ...Hot Stones Full Body Massage and Mud / Steam treatment onreal... we had the spa to ourselves and the little extras made it even more special ...already booked our next visit...can't wait

I have never left this salon feeling anything less than fab. The staff are all fantastic at what they do and will make you feel welcome from the second you step through the door. The atmosphere is always warm and relaxed and there is a great range of treatments available at very affordable prices. Great to be able to have all your hair, beauty and well being needs all under one roof. Keep up the great work girls!
(Also 'Season' coffee shop right next door with great menu for light lunches and snacks all freshly made to order)

This has to be the best hairdresser, beauticians and spa around at the moment. It is light, airy and roomy. The staff are extremely friendly and they bend over backwards to accommodate you.
The great thing is they text you the day before you appointment as a reminder, which I find extremely helpful.

I have been going to this salon from it first opened 6 years ago. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are brilliant and exceptionally good at what they do for very reasonable prices. This salon has certainly grew in statue over the years to what it is today, a wonderful friendly place to chill and and have a good natter. In my opinion,

I have been a client of Louise's, really since she started out.
Every time I visit the salon, I come away delighted with the services.
I have my nails done, my hair, my sugaring ( a great experience for hair removal), all carried out by professional, experienced and friendly staff.
I'd like to take this opportunity to wish
