Went today for the 11am jump arrived it was closed when they opened we stood freezing waiting for the children to get started.(cold to the point were my son was shivering) when they did get in they were then told they cant play together for insurance purposes which I understand but maybe there should be some kind of reference to this on booking so £8.50 for what to play alone for an hour absolutely pointless, he jumped for 5 mins and then sat at the table for the rest. Not to mention we never got our coats and scarves off. "Unfortunate" mistake on my part as I was told by an employee....

Came here during the 3-4pm slot, it was very quiet about 14-16 kids in the group. Very friendly staff who despite being very youthful were helpful and professional. Food is a reasonable cost as you would expect with a venue like this(ninja box/ airtastic etc). Keep an eye out for the £5 deal and it’s a great way to tire the kids out. Clean and tidy with ample space for parking.

My youngest had his birthday party here and it was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful and one in particular understood that my youngest really wanted to use the play equipment for younger ones, so he let him have a tour when the area cleared, thereby avoiding a meltdown and making the visit super special. These small understandings that go outside rules which children don't understand mean the world to a parent of a child on the ASD spectrum.

Great spot for kids of all ages. Visited with a 9 and 5 year old and plenty to do for both. Good value for money when compared to other similar venues. Tip: adults should bring a big coat on a cold day if not participating....converted warehouse so not designed with sitting about in mind.

If your going here make sure you bring a coat scarf and gloves unless your jumping around the place aswell .It was freezing inside .
No folks for the children’s party and no plates or spoons for the birthday cake . Run by children .
No running hot water in the toilets either .
Good for for the children running around and enjoying themselves but if your having a party stay well away . Wasn’t impressed at the service /utility’s that was supplied for the price paid per head .

We love jump box and that includes my husband in his 40's and my two children 6 & 9
You do only get a one hour slot - but this is all clearly explained on their website where you can book in advance to insure that there will be room when you arrive and to tell you to arrive at least 15minutes earlier to watch the health and safety video
- YOUR TIME WILL NOT BE EXTENDED - when your hour is up you are out to allow the next group in.
I would suggest if you can go when its less busy than this would help you get maximum fun (less queueing to jump on certain pieces)
Its definitely worth a go!!

We took our 2 boys here after receiving a gift voucher for our youngest sons birthday...great little place which the boys loved...we got it on a cracking day as the venue was quiet which made the whole experience 1st class for the boys... on site food was okay and keenly priced...was clean & tidy will be back again during a rainy day👍

Brought 3 kids at the weekend and they had a blast on the trampolines. They also done the climbing wall challenge. Great place to go to let the kids burn off some energy and great venue for a birthday party. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great spot

First visit to jump box and it will definitely be the last!! Staff are extremely rude and don’t have a clue how to deal with or speak to children definitely a lot more training needed!!

I have been here with our youth group a few times, and we really love it. It's a great setup, with lots of different things to try, and we've found the staff to be excellent.
