The staff are this establishment are second to none, meaning that that if no staff were present my experience would be far superior.
I have never met a group of staff who are so bitter, disrespectful and disourteous in my life. They treat us like inconveniences not customers.
I was simply changing what song I was listening to on my phone when I was met with a torrent of abuse from a member of staff saying that was against the rules and I was allegedly the rude rude one.
