Interesting place, not what I expected. Lovely pub next door. Good historical buildings which make you realise how bleek it must have been for the workers

Nice experience, saw 2 Irish wolfhounds, and a donkey. Interesting to see Irish cottages which ordinary people like a labourer would have lived in. Worth a visit if you’re in the area

The display was interesting but there was a little less to see than we were expecting. The Irish Wolfhound and the Bog Ponies were enjoyable to see, except due to the rain, they were staying under their shelter. (I don't blame them!)
The adjacent gift shop was well stocked and fairly priced.

Great Kerry gem - excellent exhibition and fantastic activity. You really get a feeling of being immersed in old Ireland. You can tell some hard times were had along with some good ones. We loved our time at the bog village museum!

We stopped here as part of a tour and visiting the village was optional. We enjoyed pottering around the place and there’s a pretty good gift shop on site too.

Enjoyed our stop at Kerry Bog Village. The different dwellings and Cottages were so interesting, the contrast in class of the living conditions were quite obvious. Good tourist destination, entry fee was reasonable.

Lovely place to visit, browse the old style cottages and farm utilities. Enjoyed by the young and old.

This is a cute and kitschy kind of place to visit. Your entry not only gets you in to see examples of life in a village (with piles of peat, friendly chickens, goats, and wolfhounds. Great tourist destination.

I really enjoyed my visit to this place. I parked my camper van in the large parking area at the back and enjoyed a beautiful dinner in the restaurant. I then went into the bog museum which was very nice and enjoyed a pint or two in the bar later on in the evening. They were happy to allow me park overnight so all in all a perfect stop and lovely staff.

Hi is there public transport from dingle or local tour comp to your attraction as I don't drive

I very much doubt that there is direct public transport from Dingle to this attraction. There is probably a series of different buses etc that would get you there but it’s a good distance from Dingle.
At least a sixty to eighty minutes drive, depending on traffic, so it would take ages via bus links etc. There are several tour operators that will include this on their itenary of a tour of Kerry.
Google Ring of Kerry tour operators and you will see several options to choose from.
