Park is located along the prom and a lovely place to stroll or stop and watch the sea/harbour. There is a playground for the kids at one end of the park and coffee/snacks for the adults at the other end of the park.

Beautiful place to sit and reflect on his life and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the wonderful town of Cobh

Great little park on the waterfront. Not very big, about a couple of tennis courts in size, but well laid out with flower beds, statues, old guns, old gas light standards and a Victorian bandstand and numerous benches to sit on. Well worth a few minutes to stroll round.

Even when it is quiet on a dull day, this beautiful little park has a lot to offer, looking over the water towards the islands on Cork's lower harbour. At full tide you can see large freighters passing slowly, careful not to leave a wake that would attract the ire of the water authorities, not to mention the fleet of small boat owners who never cease to cross the waters in front of Cobh.
On sunny days the park fills and if you are lucky to catch a musical performance, there is a very well maintained bandstand that affords a view of the musicians from every direction, and it is surrounded by comfortable seating. From the park, on warm days you can see local children hurling themselves into the harbour water, climbing out, and doing it all over again, creating an idyllic scene that makes the visit seem dreamlike in its quality, as if looking through a 19th century lens but in full technicolour.
Pay it a visit. You will love it.

Cork is a lovely/quaint little city that is easily walked from the cruise terminal. The climb to the cathedral is easy if you go through the city and up the hill. It is worth the effort. It is attractive on the outside as well as well on the interior.
As you stroll along, you will pass this little park. It is very simple, but we'll designed and includes some beautiful 19th century cannons.

This is just a glorious area when the weather is good. It's clean and tidy with lots of swilling and a young children's play area. There is a bandstand and usually if there is a cruise liner in, there will be some form of music from 2-4pm. There is also a lovely coffee/tea kiosk onsite so you can refresh, relax and watch the world go by while admiring the gorgeous views of the harbour.

We did not go out of our way to see the memorial , it is along the ocean road & next to the Titanic experience , so we did a quick walkthrough . The area is neat & well maintained , nice ocean views with some seating to relax on. It is free to enter so if you have 5 or 10 minutes take a stroll through

This is a splendid park with many interesting features. It serves as the annual memorial site for those who died or suffered as a result of the RMS Titanic disaster.

Enjoyed our day. Plenty of eateries, a public toilet around the park. Sea view, titanic experice and spike island tours nearby.

Very nice spot and great view to the sea with a bit of history and your footstep. Also able to see the dock where the Titanic passenger entered their ship to departure.
