Shalim was really incredible, strong hands, warm and kind. The spa is connected to the Auberge, and the place was clean and good service.

Fabulous view. Well design spa - connection to rooms easy and accessible. Hot tub under a setting sun and emerging stars. Thoughtful details; flip flops! Food, beyond excellent. Thank you for Having chocolate croissants. My favourite. Minutes to Mont Sutton. Glorious.

Auberge de 4 étoiles située à West Brome. Bâtiment principal comprenant la réception, le restaurant et des salles. Vous devez sortir de ce bâtiment pour vous rendre à votre chambre. 3 édifices dont 2 reliés par la piscine intérieure qui est vraiment d’une belle grandeur. Vous retrouvez aussi un spa vous offrant les principaux soins connus. Les chambres sont d’une bonne grandeur. Foyer électrique un peu bruyant et cuisinette retrouvant des électros démodés. Nous avions une chambre de luxe qui incluait un balcon. Cette auberge est située en plein milieu d’un champs par contre près de Cowansville, Sutton et knowlton où vous y retrouverez un bon choix de restaurants.
À noter 1 bâtiment est réservé pour vos toutous. Ils sont admis. Le déjeuner est excellent.

Definitely old and dirty overrated not worth the price

Un avis français suivra l'avis anglais.
We booked two nights for a weekend. Unfortunately, an emergency situation meant we had to leave hurriedly the first night. However, I could see the facilities and the deluxe room of the hostel.
It is a beautiful place, located in the countryside, just minutes from the center of Sutton. The room is particularly well furnished with a large individual patio. The kitchen is complete and seems friendly. We barely had time to enjoy the home. The bathroom is tiny, but luckily the saltwater heated pool and outdoor hot tub make up for it.
You have an exercise room worthy of the big hotels as well as a sauna. For passive sportsmen, a practice mat for practicing golf putting is available. Through the exercise room, you have direct access to the pool and jacuzzi. You can also go directly to the salon by the same path.
The welcome was quick, made with a smile and everything was ready when we arrived. The staff with whom we spoke were very courteous and kind. My only downside would be the parking which was very muddy (rainy spring) and therefore, uncomfortable for wheeled suitcases.
It is with great regret that we left, but I intend to take me back.
Nous avions réservé deux nuités pour un week-end. Malheureusement, une situation d'urgence a fait que nous avons dû partir précipitamment dès la première nuit. Cependant, j'ai pu constater les installations et la chambre deluxe de l'auberge.
C'est un endroit superbe, situé en pleine campagne, à quelques minutes du centre de Sutton. La chambre est particulièrement bien meublée avec un grand patio individuel. La cuisinette est complète et semble conviviale. Nous avons eu à peine le temps de profiter du foyer. La salle de bains est minuscule, mais heureusement la piscine chauffée à l'eau salée et le jacuzzi extérieur compense largement.
Vous avez une salle d'exercices digne des grands hôtels ainsi qu'un sauna. Pour les sportifs passifs, un tapis de pratique pour les coups roulés est disponible. De par la salle d'exercice, vous accédez directement à la piscine et au jacuzzi. Vous pouvez aller également directement au salon des soins par le même chemin.
L'accueil a été rapide, fait avec le sourire et tout était prêt à notre arrivée. Les membres du personnel avec qui nous avons discuté étaient très courtois et gentils. Mon seul bémol serait le stationnement qui était très boueux (printemps pluvieux) et donc, désagréable pour les valises à roulettes.
C'est avec grand regret que nous sommes partis, mais je compte bien me reprendre.

Luxe, confort, sérénité et chaleur. Très bel accueil, personnel charmant. Que dire du souper! Un régal. Buffet du matin, très bien. Nous connaissions pour y avoir été quelques fois manger mais, nous allons y retourner pour d'autres séjours.

After a long days drive from our home and after touring Knowlton and the Abbey we were ready for a relaxing evening. This Inn offered that and more. An extremely comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities were available. It even had a keurig and real milk for my morning tea. For an overnight stay it was an excellent choice. The spa and dining room looked inviting enough for a return visit.

Found this Inn on the internet, had good reviews so we went for a few days on a 3 day package with wine tasting. Excellent location, lived up to its expectation. Room was beautiful and very clean. We had a suite with a balcony, nice view
