This is at the blakemere centre and a bit off the beaten track but it;s worth searching it out if you have animals. It has a fab range and some really unusual stuff at good prices. Helpful staff though not up for doing multi deals sadly.

We're slightly confused, as we do have many multi-buy offers on different products which are planned and consistent between all customers and members of staff. If it was that you had asked in store for a particular group of products to be discounted for you, shops are unfortunately not able to allow different staff to apply different discounts to a product, for different customers on a customer by customer basis, as all cohesion is lost and customers wouldn't know why they have to pay more than the customer in-front of them in the queue. To this end we make sure we offer the same deals to all our customers and try to ensure we price our products fairly (which we're really appreciative that you noted) and clearly, with a good range of multi-buy discounts as well as straightforward price reductions mixed in. Hopefully that helps a bit, but of course if you ever need help finding out which products are on offer to our customers, we'd be more than happy to help :-)

We had a good look round for ideas for our daughters cats for Christmas and found many lovely things for both cats and dogs. There are toys, food, treats and much more. Expensive but very good quality.

We try to provide high quality items, and items you won't find everywhere else :-) On the items you can buy in other places we price match where we can and even come in cheaper on many products than even the large chain pet shops :-)

As a dog trainer I am always on the look out for quality and was very impressed with the goods that this shop has to offer...unlike the other pet shop very closeby. I would suggest that you ask if customers need any help when in the shop as you may be able to persuade them to buy things that they did not know they needed but I did like that you did not overly push yourselves on me. All in all though a good experience, thank you.

We find this approach is preferred by most customers so they then feel able to ask for help should they need it. We had heard good reviews of this pet shop and, on visiting, were not disappointed. We received a warm and friendly welcome from the two partners, and were left to browse through this really interesting shop. Dogs are welcome inside and our two year old Labrador enjoyed herself so much we had a bit of a job leaving. The partners both have past experience in dealing with animals and wildlife, and are more than willing to answer any questions.
A visit here is highly recommended.

We nipped in here with our dog whilst staying on the campsite he loved having a look around and doing some shopping. They have some really nice unique things that I've never come across before and it's excellent if your pet is on a grain free diet like ours
