Not the most exciting place-of-interest in Chainat. A group of monkeys inhabit an area next to Wat Thammikawat. The monkeys are not aggressive, since they look like well fed. Visitors can buy bananas from a stall at 10 baht a bunch to feed the monkeys. If you happen to visit here, drop by at Wat Thammikawat to see a huge statue of revered monk Luang Por Tao on the roof the temple.
