Wouldn't answer their phone so had to drive down to the Club from Pattaya to find total chaos with 20 - 30 people waiting to play but no tee times and the pro shop didn't have a booking list and had no idea what was going on.
We were told we might be able to play in 2 1/2 hours time but there were no buggies available and we wouldn't know if we could play until the time... !
As this is one of our favorite courses in the area this is very disappointing.

We played on a Saturday afternoon 10th December.
Caddies were ready on time, but we had to wait 30 minutes for the buggies to arrive from groups who had finished.
Fairways look manicured, because they stripe them, but this just covers the real picture.
Tees were dreadful and the bunkers the worst i have seen anywhere.
Greens were OK, just.
Due to it being busy we (3) were carted all over the course to find places to play, finally ending up behind a 7 ball, yes 7!!!! What on earth are you guys doing!!!
5 balls are annoying, 6 are a real irritation, but 7 is unprecedented. Why do you allow this, it shows no respect to the rest of the golfers out on the course.
So bad we came in with 4 holes still to go.
Worst golf experience anywhere by far. With so many good golf courses within the area, they only reason they survive is because they are inexpensive and allow a ridiculous amount of people in one group

Turned up on time and was told the caddy I booked was already out with a player. This has happened here too many times to count now. No apology. This time I just walked off. I’ll go play somewhere where they value their customers

Beau golf près de Ban chang, caddies sympathiques et compétentes, parcours bien entretenu et au club House les chikens wings sont délicieux...prix raisonnables et golf agréable...

Was here on a weekend break from Bangers. I wanted to write a fair and objective review so other golfers know what to expect.
Location - stayed in Ban chang so easy 10-15 mins drive after a healthy Irish breakfast
The drive back to BKK was 4 hours with traffic.
Club House - Not up to the standard I am used too as its old and low quality especially locker rooms showers are good
Food - ordered Thai grub and was passable.
Caddies - Had a newbie caddie actually her 1st day, her mother was the other caddie and was informative. Shame her driving didnt live up to scratch.
Buggies - My 1st buggy run out of juice on the 3rd hole on a steep hill!!! another was brought along that was better. Until the caddie ditched it in the carpark by the lake.
Course Tees were average - It was cut shorter on the fiarways which for once I landed on 12 out of 18 holes but if you miss the grass is thick. the greens were in good condition actually played my best golf on this course so would be happy to go back. Would like an experienced caddie next time.
Cost - bht1750 green fee buggy + caddie
Its a very old tired course needs a lot of care attention and money spent on it.
It rained and we parked up at the food canteen with not much in way of snacks just water and crisps. needs better support from the management

arrived and immediately went to change rooms and prepared for todays golf quite stop into cafe for drinks and ice as today was also very humid
course was challenging with dogs legs and trees on each dog leg corner
Greens were relatively slower but true
fairways were never flat as hills created slopes with uphill and downhill lies
drink stops were ok but not much food
cafe at end of game had coffee and cool drinks and provided a relatively easy menu to satisfy most tastes

丘陵のゴルフ場で、Up Downがあり、距離はありません
Rayong郊外の素朴なとこです。そんなに混んでなく、
年配の外人さんが多く来られてました。クラブハウスは立派ではありませんが、カート付きのプロモーション中で、2000Baht以下でプレー出来、練習にも良いと思います。

Riktigt fin och välskött golfbana, som ligger vid huvudväg 3 i orten Ban Chang, c:a 50 km sydost om Jomtien där jag bor. Mysfaktorn var hög på en inte alltför svårspelad bana och en kunnig caddy som faktiskt hade 8 i HCP. Rekommenderas för dem som vill uppleva en trevlig miljö, positiv personal, god mat i restaurangen och inga köer...
