They are quire narrow however there are many motor homes, lorries etc using these roads.

If your dog is on a lead and under control no problem. The issues are that in places the path is narrow, there are people coming the other way, and there is lots of water around.

Salmon and sea trout are in rivers all year round, but they generally return to sea after hatching after about 4 years. Most people do not know they have a leap year when there are many thousands more hatched! Latin salmo salar or sun salor, that's the given name, but they do not like the Sun, in fact they prefer deep dark pools and much prefer the Moon, perhaps they should have been named Luna salar? 1st run is usually Spring then summer and again sometimes in winter, so anytime from about February until November they can be seen in rivers, you only need a very strong light to observe them without disturbing them to much as its like the Moon to them, please remember not to take them unless you are licences to do so.

Salmon numbers in the Welsh rivers have been quite low this season, and the river levels aren't particularly high this weekend. There is always a chance of seeing a salmon making it's way upstream. But the falls are worth a visit with or without salmon leaping. Carry on from there to Cilgerran Castle set high above the Teifi a few miles downstream, or the National Wool Museum further upstream.

Hi about 2 to 3 miles if you do a circular walk or else answer 2 is fairly accurate . Path can be uneven in places. The walk is fairly easy . I have completed it and I had a stroke two years ago.
