‪We covered Sainte Mere Eglise, Utah beach, Pointe du Hoc, the American Cemetery and Omaha beach in a one-day tour. It was an 11-hour information-packed day, with no breaks. His knowledge and understanding of D-Day and WWII history is incredible, I learned more than I could have imagined. Christophe is a consummate professional, a master in his craft. I would recommend the 2-day tour for those that have time. One day is a lot to pack in, but well worth it. I will highly recommend Christophe to everyone that is thinking of a Normandy tour.‬

‪Great tour of the American Sector of the Battle of Normandy‬

‪Christophe was recommended to us by friends. We owe them a big thanks. Christophe isn’t reading from a script. His knowledge is encyclopedic, and he is very clearly reading every book written on the Battle of Normandy and doing his own primary research. As my 13-year-old said, “He knows a lot of stuff.” His passion bubbles out of him throughout the whole tour. He combined facts, strategy, tactics, and personal stories to make this unforgettable. Our tour was long—10+ hours—but we all agreed that it was worth it to get the full understanding of the American sector of the battle. Both of our teens also said that our tour with Christophe was their best day out of 8 in France.‬

‪Excellent tour guide makes the history come to life‬

‪Chris is the most enthusiastic and knowledgable guide I have experienced. His ability to desacribe all the actions that took place and interject facts and personal stories of combatants really made our tour special. Chris also made sure we were are the American Cemetary at the perfect time to experience the lowering of the American Flags.
Its incredible to see the layout of the beach and the obstacles that had to be overcome on Utah beach. Very moving.‬

Thank You for giving our group a very special experience of the D-day area. Your knowledge and storytelling made a huge impact. Many of us have seen Save Private Ryan after our visit, it gives a whole new perspective after Your tour. Hope You are well, half the group ended up with Covid after our trip.

‪We came away with a better appreciation of what a monumental undertaking D-Day was and the sacrifices that were made.‬

‪Christophe was our guide to the Normandy beaches and historic sights during our trip to France in mid-June. We were a party of five and Christophe engaged us all. One of our parties is well read WWII history buff who had never traveled to Normandy before. He showed us sights of special interest as well as the important battles on Utah, Omaha, and Gold beaches. His knowledge is encyclopedic and he shares numerous anecdotes as well as a broad history of events.
In addition to being an engaging guide and conversationalist, he is very accommodating. Our trip was postponed twice due to the pandemic and Christophe stuck with us through the changes.
There are few ways as reliable to judge a person's character as spending the day in a car driving in the French countryside listing to his "play by play" and answering our questions. He came out a true gentleman. Book him well in advance and consider yourself fortunate to have him as your guide.‬

‪Our family had an incredible two day visit exploring the intricacies of WWII and the Normandy Region with Christophe. From the beginning, Christophe was very professional and our family had an incredible and extraordinary experience with him. To say he is fluent in the history of the area does not due him justice. Christophe was extremely thorough and painted a picture that was easily understood by both the younger generation thru the older generation that were with us. Christophe was the appropriate proportion of historical advisor and offered some light humor where appropriate. We definitely will keep in touch with him and look forward to visiting again upon our next trip to France. You will be very pleased with your tour experience should you choose to visit the region with Christophe.‬

‪What an extraordinary day/experience with Christophe -- to visit Sainte-Mere-Eglise Church, Utah Beach, Omaha Beach, Ponte du Hoc and American Cemetery. With 20 years of experience, passion, and personal encounters with many veterans who have made a return visit, Christophe's narrative made us feel like we were in the moment of particular battles. His narrative was aided by folders of pictures that he aptly called up at just the right intervals. I watched Saving Private Ryan on the plane ride home, and FINALLY ... I had a clue of what I was watching. Thanks, Christophe!‬

‪Christophe was our stand-in guide for our half-day tour in Normandy featuring Canada's contribution to D-Day. We were so blown away by his depth of knowledge, experience, professionalism, helpfulness, truly everything made our day in Normandy. No one else could have been better. The next time we're back in Paris, we 100% will book Christophe again so we can experience his Normandy tour featuring the US.‬

‪Terrific guide - just the right balance between knowledge, expertise and good humor‬

‪My 14-year-old son and I had only one day to tour Normandy and I was absolutely thrilled that Christophe was the guide a friend recommended to me. He was terrific -- just the right balance of immersive knowledge and good humor to make a complex historical story come to life. I thought I knew something about D-Day and the fight for Normandy but I realized within the first few minutes of our day with Christophe that I knew nothing -- and that the beaches, as powerful and emotive as they are, are just one piece of a much larger story. Christophe had our day well planned so that we covered a lot of ground and ended at the American cemetery just before the flag-lowering ceremony. A first-rate guide for a day we will long remember.‬
