Just had a fabulous time with Sadie flying 4 of the beautiful birds at Feather's & Fur this afternoon. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a birds of prey flying experience. You actually get to handle them & they land on your hand, amazing!

Great afternoon. I attended a falconry experience having beautiful birds fly to your hand. Handler was very friendly and informative.

F&F visited our care home last month and what a wonderful experience. Sadie was patient and knowledgeable and our residents were talking about it for days afterwards. They have loved showing off all the photos of themselves with the birds and were thrilled at the amazing experience of seeing them so close. We will definitely be visiting the centre in the near future. Thank you for a magical afternoon.

One of the best experiences we've ever had! The family falconry experience is incredible value for money. Olivia our guide was very knowledgeable and you could see just how much she loves the birds. The handling was fantastic for our children and us adults. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent 3 hour Photography Session in a small group of like minded individuals (~8). The owls and hawks are kept in a lovely new aviary which we could look around. Sadie and her team brought a single bird at a time to a purposely designed static display and flying field area. The birds (and team!) were very well behaved and allowed close-up photography. The flying displays were brilliant and provided the opportunities to hone ones skills re birds in flight, ideal for practice while adjusting camera settings as the birds made several flights each. Sadie and her team were very happy to take requests and alter position of birds and/or objects to enable good composition etc.
Well worth the cost and I will definitely be going back again.

We took our parents for a surprise falcony experience and we all came away knowing a lot more after Sadie shared her knowledge and experience with us. Sadie and the team obviously care greatly for their birds. We will be back.

Spent half a day as a spectator while my partner handled the various birds. Despite being a spectator I did not feel like I missed out on anything. You can get so close to the birds it’s almost like holding them.
The falconers are so knowledgeable and it is clear that they have a deep affection for their birds. You can see the bond between the bird and the handler and the trust . Each bird had its own unique story as some were rescued.
This is not the first bird experience I’ve had but it is definitely the best. I’ve come away with more knowledge about the individual birds shown and a greater appreciation for the feathered beauties.
Suitable for all ages and also suitable if you have a physical disability as the access is very good.

We're really glad you enjoyed your time with our birds as we really like to make sure the spectators in our sessions don't feel left out, so that's really good to hear. Fantastic 3hrs +. Full of knowledge, fun and facts. Beautiful birds, well cared for and passionately loved. Thoroughly recommend this experience. Getting up close, handling these amazing creatures and fantastic photo opportunities. Thank you.

Booked in for the 3 hour Photography Session and had the most fantastic time. The owls and hawks are kept in a lovely new aviary which we could look around. Sadie took the small group of us photographers up to a purposely designed static display and flying field. One bird at a time was brought out to be photographed. All the birds were very well behaved and didn't mind us getting up close to take their portraits. The flying displays were the opportunities to try out the autofocus capabilities of my camera and I learned a lot about using autofocus for the first time. Like all new things, you get some wrong and then the more you practice the more you get right. I ended up with many lovely photos that I am quite proud of. I would like to think that the 'accidentally taken' photo attached shows the skill and dedication of Sadie and her team. I will definitely be going back again, but with a lot less camera kit (forget filters and tripods). Just needed a camera and a couple of lenses. Some of the others were having just as much fun with their mobile phones. For a small extra charge my wife came and sat with us and had a mooch around the rest of Moss End for a bit of the time. Sadie, thank you for a most wonderful experience - see you again soon.

We spent a wonderful afternoon with our grandson at Feathers and Fur. We were each able to fly three different birds, our host Olivia was extremely knowledgeable and we learned so much about our feathered friends as well as having the privilege of flying them. Our session was relaxed and unhurried and we all had a really special and unforgettable time. A great experience.
