My son had his party at Lazer Quest & absolutely loved it. Chief Brian and Izzie were running the party and went above and beyond to make sure he had the best time- they couldn’t have done enough. The party ran smoothly & staff were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

I have been here many times with the disability charity I belong to for bowling and laser quest. Both are great fun, but laser quest is always the highlight for me. The staff are excellent and the whole experience is amazing. The food and drink are brilliant too, as is the bar service.

Had an amazing experience with a group of friends - the staff were so lovely!! Especially Katy and DJ, they were so helpful and honestly the perfect staff. Definitely recommend :)

Not an experience I want to repeat or would recommend
Drinks took 20mins, told by the staff not to bother ordering food as the wait was so long and faulty bowling alley

Waited 40 minutes for a smoothie to be made from the kitchen to then be told they didn’t even have the flavour we wanted. Rude, youngsters, on their phones, chatting and who was laughing when someone came out to say they didn’t have the flavour we wanted. Very disappointing for our first experience there!

Today was my grandchildren’s 4th birthday, it was there first time bowling. We had planned to stay for a couple of games and have lunch whilst we were there. When we arrived we asked to order some food, the lady who was working there was horrified by this request, she told us she was the only person working so food would not be available until someone else arrived to work.
15 minutes later a second person arrived, I preceded to then order some food, to then be told the kitchen was warming up!! Again she was shocked at the request and I felt like an inconvenience.
After our game, an hour and half later…..the kitchen was still warming up!!
This was very disappointing to say the least, we had planned to stay for a few games but had to leave as the children were hungry!!
15 minutes later a second person arrived, I preceded to then order some food, to then be told the kitchen was warming up!! Again she was shocked at the request and I felt like an inconvenience.
After our game, an hour and half later…..the kitchen was still warming up!!
This was very disappointing to say the least, we had planned to stay for a few games but had to leave as the children were hungry!!

Never again! I booked to go bowling with our son who is 17 years old, so a real treat for him to come out with me.
Turned up and played some games first. One went wrong and I found the technician I approached rather abrupt. The ticket counting machines were also not working and staff were physically counting the tickets, taking forever.
Booked in after waiting ages and decided to get a drink. We were served 3 drinks with no greeting or word spoken throughout and not offered a drink with a bottle of cider.
Got to the lane and no balls, asked at reception to be told to take from pane 7 or 8 as that was free. One 12 ball left which was much too heavy for me. Went to reception to be told there are no more balls. The assistant came back with a 10 ball, so I decided I wouldn't bowl as that was still not what I would use. There was lots of stay wandering about, all young, for the duration of 2 games no glasses were cleared. Ultimately this was a real treat that I was really looking forward to. It was a disaster from start to finish and next time I will go to Bracknell bowl!

It was average, we only had one ball so had to go and find more from other people which weren't that happy with us taking their balls, we asked at the reception and they said no more balls available! We have been to Hollywood bowl several times and it's a lot better more up to date and shouldn't have to look for balls to be able to play a game

Had a fantastic night at Super bowl to end the week. The staff were always happy to help, especially Katy E, and made our evening even more enjoyable. Super bowl is a fun day or night out for the whole family, or with friends and great for all ages!! Will definitely be coming back :))
