Thank you so much to Terri for all your help, thanks for the smooth booking, for a social event get together for Hme-The New Generation (supporting those with a rare bone disoder)
We all had such an amazing evening on 9th september.
The staff were all lovely, helpful and kind nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to security too.
We hope to be back next year to do it all again.

Came for bowling and drinks. Had a wonderful time, staff were super attentive and were able to help us with any queries we had. Ended up coming back later in the day for another round!

My son had his sixth birthday had his lazer quest party here last month, the service we received was shocking and so unorganised! I was so appalled by the attitude we got from some on the staff to the point I made a complaint. I was told I would be kept in touch within the week but now we’re three weeks on and nothing. It’s disappointing to know they don’t care about customer service!

Every member of staff was super helpful, friendly and accommodating, making sure we had a nice time. It was really notably good service especially from the duty manager on the Thursday evening we were there. General atmosphere is good too.

26th Feb 2pm party .
Staff were professional, helpful and VERY organised. From the main reception staff (straight away she, Alexandra I think? Long black hair , gave us party room so I could put cakes and presents and other belongings instead of waiting till 3pm) to the laserquest reception staff and especially our host BECKY!
Nothing was too much trouble for our host. She was brilliant!!
Party room (downstairs) SPOTLESS! Nice size for 16 kids and few parents! Arcade area also very clean!!
I would DEFINITELY have a party here again for my other daughter. Highly recommended! No parent stress and my daughter had a great birthday!

Overall experience was great. We prepaid/ booked online and the check in process was simple. The staff were very friendly and training staff were also doing a great job. It was 30° on the day of our visit and we were worried that there wasn’t going to be any air con but there was a slight cooling from the outside temp but stronger AC may have made our visit slightly more comfortable (obviously we understand that this heat doesn’t come often so places aren’t always adapted to such extremes!)
The bowling lanes weren’t over crowded and plenty of lanes to spread out across. The only issue we had was that in the arcade the atm charges £2 to withdraw cash and in what is almost a cashless society now this seemed like a rip off just to play a few games in the arcade. We didn’t visit the bar but it appeared to be well stocked and large seating area behind the lanes would be good for after bowling drinks etc.
Would definitely visit again , maybe on a rainy day as not bad value for money.

So when we heard the super bowl was back open we were pleased but wondered how much of a change there would be but I’m glad to say all the changes made it better staff were friendly , informative , and there guidelines were followed and made the experience very easy and pleasant we will be back again for sure

If We could give a zero rating we would have done so. This will be the first and last time we go there. Staff were quite rude and we as a group of 4 weren’t allowed a 4 pint pitcher because there were 2 soft drinks ordered as part of the round and all 4 of us were ID’ed and were over 23 yrs. funnily a bloke in front was allowed 2 drinks per order and apparently the reasoning was that he was middle aged and was over 21. Second time same response and she (team leader badge) couldn’t remember asking us for ID (not sure that you are supposed to write the details down on paper which we had to do remind her that she had done.
The best part was the Claw machine and winning the flamingo and a very hairy goat in one go.

We had to book quite a long way in advance although there were some lanes free. It all went well although the staff were few in number but very helpful when you could get hold of them. It was very hot in there
