Caro Edgar, boa tarde. Agradecemos o tempo que dispensou. A porta estava efectivamente fechada, porque ou estávamos num passeio guiado ou a entregar/recolher bicicletas. Ao telefone, foi sugerido que se deslocassem ao hotel Tivoli, para tentarem alugar lá as bicicletas, sem conseguirmos garantir que as mesas estavam disponíveis, pois mesmo estando, os clientes correm sempre o risco de lá chegarem e as mesmas terem sido alugadas. O hotel não faz reservas. Foi um "risco" sugerido por nós, uma vez que o nosso regresso à loja ia ser demorado. O mesmo foi aceite por vós e depois decidiram regressar à loja e aguardar a chegada de alguém. No vosso regresso, cremos que as preocupações expressas, não foram bem transmitidas, gerando alguma confusão entre todos e como tal foi recusado o aluguer em questão.
