Staff were very friendly and had my bike ready for me on arrival. Bike was perfect for Terrain and nice recommendations for suitable route allowing distance goals and where to stop for coffee/lunch.

Great experience today hiring two bikes to go off on an adventure . Met by friendly staff who went the extra mile equipping us with all we needed to know , maps , knowledge etc to have a great few hours .
Even a test ride first to see what bikes suited us . A big thumbs up , thank you .

What a fantastic day we had with the bikes. Everything was very well explained when we picked up the bikes and when I had a puncture they sent a technician very quickly so we could get on with our day

2 friends and I did a bike tour last week and we all had a fantastic time! Dennis took us on a fabulous tour around Vilamora, all the local towns and plenty of hidden gems! The views were spectacular the cycle itself was so enjoyable. But most of all the best part of the tour was our tour guide Dennis! He really went above and beyond to make sure we got to see what we wanted to see! He was also a great laugh and a really friendly guy! Thanks so much to Dennis and his lovely team

We hired a cycle for 7 days to allow us to get around easily as my wife separately hired a mobility scooter. The chap we saw at the hire centre (sorry I don’t recall his name) was very helpful. We went for a folding cycle that came with a helmet, pump and tyre repair/inflation kit.
Everything was explained and the hire details straightforward. Rental for 7 days was a good price. Would recommend 👍👍

If you don't know quarteira and vilamoura, renting a bike is the best option you can choose! Everything is flat and you will find beautiful paths for cycling. The team that assisted us were 5 stars, super friendly and helpful, they explained the map to us and gave us great tips for cycling! I recommend!! Thank you

Dennis was a fantastic guide. the ride was a brilliant way to see the real portugal. e bikes assisted throughout the tour and would recommend a good level of fitness and experience on road and off road biking.

Terrible experience. Beware.
3 broken bikes.
First bike the chain made noise after about 100 meters of riding. We returned it was replaced with a new one. This can happen and they were reasonable can gave me a new bike.
My second bike the front tyre lost all its air.
The pump and foam would not fit the valve. 2 mountain bikers stopped to help us and told us the tube used was for a city bike and should not be a mountain bike it had a presta valve. They seemed to know what they were talking about and mentioned the company are known for these money saving tricks.
We called the support number they gave us and sent WhatsApp message, there was no answer or response after multiple calls. Considering we had our 2 children with us this was worrying.
My wife didn’t feel comfortable to continue and we agreed to go back. I had to walk my bike back so my wife and children went ahead.
While cycling back my wife’s chain snapped.
She also tried calling the support number provided. No answer.
When we returned to the store the assistant was friendly and could see we were feed up.
He offered us new bikes but with the three mechanical issues we decided to request a refund.
The assistant went to get his manager/owner who came out and didn’t acknowledge me or my wife and said to the children did they have a good time.
I told him that we want a refund and he started to say “my friend we will come to an agreement…”, I then went on to say that he would give us a fair estimate for the damage. At this point I told him I wanted a refund or I would submit a charge back via my credit card company. His tone changed a little, and he spoke to his a assistant in Portuguese.
He then went checking things on the computer.
My wife, far smarter than I, called the hotel reception who then rang the bike rental company.
Then there was a more talk in Portuguese with the assistant and the owner produced a fifty euro note. My wife went to reach for her phone and then “ok ok ok no need to call again …” and the full amount was produced in cash. I asked for it to be returned via my credit card and “I will need to call the bank” and “other excuses” came out.
We since heard back at the hotel that guests had rented E bikes from the company to explore the area and had run out of charge after 30 mins and the hotel concierge had collected them and the bikes and the company was blaming the guests for battery damage. Fortunately the hotel had the e-bikes and weren’t returning them till the issue was resolved. Thankfully our issues with the company timed in with this and the hotel was a great help.
Avoid at all cost.

Electric bikes are great while on holiday. The guys gave us great carry holders so we could bring our picnic lunch. The service was great and they made everything very easy and enjoyable.

Just returned yesterday and I would say that 70% of them are open. It was very good weather and 20' as well (felt warmer!!)
