Second time visiting there, this time with my kid . Historical temple of Jai Maa Kali. Lots of bells 🔔 hanging from main entrance to the end which can show the sign of peace and diversity. We will definitely come back again. May my family and my wishes comes true.

Kalimath is a divine place regarding to Kali Mata. This is a shakti peeth after dhari devi. Kalimath is situated in 3 km away from guptkashi rudraprayag district, of uttarakhand. surrounded by the peaks of Kedarnath, close to ukhimath and guptkashi. It is one of the “Siddha Peeths” of the region and is held in high religious esteem.
The temple of Goddess Kali located here is visited by a large number of devotees round the year and specially during the “Navratras”.
Spiritual custom is that Kalimath is where Kali killed the demon Raktavija and had gone under the world. Kalimath is only the position where goddess Kali is worshipped along with her siblings Laxmi and Saraswati. There is a forehead of the goddess Kali, which is frequented by a lot of lovers throughout the season, and especially during the Navratras.
A unusual factor about the forehead is that there is no idol that is worshipped here, instead, the Sri Yantra, is the item of commitment.
On one day each season the goddess is taken out and Puja is conducted at nighttime, with only the primary clergyman provide..
