Took bud 45 from yumbo for 8.8 return for two. The park is superb located in a valley with beautiful views.
The shows were fantastic. We loved the birds of prey, Wakanda the American eagle was a character and we had our pic taken with her.
But the dolphins were super stars. The show was worth every penny for the entire visit. Loved it! And I loved it when they were all introduced by name. I also loved the butterfly house, the parrots were naughty and cute.
Really good day out for young or old .

We enjoyed our time in the park with high diversity of different animals, birds and reptiles. If going back to Las Palmas, you should note, that there are not many buses available in the evening.

Même si on croirait que le parc est petit mais nous avons été surpris en bien. Les spectacles sont superbe et pouvoir prendre une photo avec un dauphin est la belle expérience de mes vacances. Un lieu à découvrir absolument !

Brilliant day out kids enjoyed it , we loved the dolphin show and the kids were so happy to get photos taken with them..

Superb day out at the animal park. Dolphin show was absolutely amazing. Good selection of animals and birds to see. Parrot experience is brilml

Lots to see, but I think that 3 hours just about covers the park.
The map makes it look bigger than what it is but there’s plenty of wildlife around to explore. Some of the views from the cactus garden are beautiful.
The birds of prey and exotic birds exhibitions were my favourites and the bird handlers were fantastic. To see the birds soaring in the sky and flying freely was a lovely sight.
The only downside for me personally was that the dolphins made me feel sad as I don’t like seeing mammals like these in captivity. I felt uncomfortable watching the show but as I’d never seen anything like it in person previously I thought I’d give it a try. I was particularly disappointed in the number of people who were queuing to pay to have their pictures taken with a dolphin too.
Overall though it was decent day out. Don’t pay for an organised trip either. Take either a number 45 or 70 bus (cost about 9 euros return) and buy your tickets online in advance.
Also take your own food and drink. We didn’t eat there but paid 5 euros each for a soft drink.

Een heel mooi dierenpark in de bergen, maar erg stijl.
Wij hebben 1 zoon van bijna 2 en 1 baby.
Het was erg veel klimmen voor mijn zoon.
Wij zijn 20 november geweest en het was erg warm!
De shows zijn erg mooi!
Drinken is wel prijzig
Souvenir winkel was ook erg aan de prijs

Good day out cheap bus to get to park , bit expensive entry to park but overall great day out . Plenty to stop see etc food is very expensive be prepared for that .definitely worth a visit

Il parco è bellissimo....molto curato ma manca la varietà di animali. Tantissimi volatili. Lo spettacolo dei delfini paga però tutto.

The park is located not too far from Playa del Inglés. However it's basically in the middle of nowhere so getting to and from can be a bit difficult. We had a rental car which made getting to the park easy and we didn't need to figure out bus timetables. The remote location also means that phone signal will be limited, most likely you will not get a signal. If you get a digital ticket beforehand remember to download it to your phone before leaving for the park.
The tickets are a bit expensive at 35€ a piece but in the end we felt like they were value for the money. The park was clean and there was plenty of staff. There were a lot of animals and the included shows were good. The dolphin show especially was worth seeing but we really liked the carnivorous birds show too. The park is on a hill slope so the views are excellent but be prepared to walk up and down a lot. The park has a thick canopy of trees on the main areas so it's very shaded. That was a great thing during the hot day.
There are a few spots where you can purchase a bit of food and feed the birds. The kids loved that. You'll need some 1€ coins for that so remember to bring those with you.
The restaurant was packed during the peak lunch hour but we got our food in like 10 minutes after ordering. The food was on the expensive side (isn't it always in these kinds of amusement parks?). Pizza and salad for the adults and chicken nuggets and chips for the kids. The servings were big, two kids easily shared one nugget dish. Perfectly acceptable in taste but nothing special.
I recommend bringing water bottles and small snacks like chips or cookies with you to the park. There are a lot of picnic tables and benches scattered around the park for taking breaks, taking in the views and munching a bit of snacks. Saves money too.
There's a special limited availability 'meet the dolphins' experience available, but at about 90€ per person we felt that it was a bit out of our budget. Probably would have been memorable for the kids but in the end they were satisfied with just the show. And the quick 25€ per person photoshoot where you get to touch the dolphins after the show.
In the end we spent a bit over 5 hours in the park. There's a lot to see and the shade offered by the tree canopy over the park means it won't be too tiring either. We left with a good feeling. And with stuffed animals from the gift shop.

Hi, obviously you cannot walk about the park and zoo in a swim suit so people are fully dressed? Where do you put your stuff to get in the water with the dolphins etc?

Is there a shuttle bus or other way to reach this park? As Google is saying it’s a 2 hour bus ride to the park :(

Bonjour,
Est-ce qu'il est possible de louer des fauteuils électrique sur place? De mémoire il y a beaucoup de côtes et de descente. Le parc étant dans la montagne.
