Been to this park about 5 times , last time 2015. The lynx needs to go somewhere where it’s enriched, it’s all alone. The orang-utan looked alone ( use to have company), and not stimulated. Please seek company for solo exhibits, or provide something for them to do. They look looked after, but! The surroundings are fabulous, and have some nice extras, and a fair bits for kids to do. Now charging 4 euros to park.

Wonderful park with a great variety of animals and engaging shows! Well-maintained and enjoyable, but more shade and seating would improve comfort.

Had a great day. Super nice bird show! And the children liked the course through the jungle the most. There they had to climb and balance throughout the park. Unfortunately not being able to do the bobsleigh due to the rain. Doesn't feel commercial.
Our eldest daughter is also photographed with the seals. Again you can see that these puppies from the sea are happy to sell a show, seen quite a bit differently in other places

Very nicely landscaped park with lots of shade and small paths. Really nicely thought out. Animal enclosures are also beautiful and large at first glance, but still a prison for animals.

We visited this little gem as a family and I have to say it’s a great park to visit with kids.
Everything was clean. Staff were friendly and nothing was a rip off. Food drink and other such things were reasonably and competitively priced.
So many species to see so take ur time and enjoy.

We visited the park with our kids, aged 7 and 9. We had been there in 2017 when our children were turning one and three years old, and we had a great experience back then. However, this time, we were disappointed. Many of the larger animals we were looking forward to seeing, such as the lions, were no longer there. The staff was very impolite, and we missed the main attraction, the Sea Lion show. Due to the strong winds, the show may have been cancelled anyway, similar to the bird show, which couldn't go ahead because it was too dangerous for the birds to perform.
I must give credit to the fantastic staff who trained the birds. (see pictures). They were sweet, dedicated to their birds, and treated us wonderfully! Unfortunately, the majority of the staff were very negative, which significantly impacted our experience at the park. The bob slide was a joke- not worth it!
As a family of four, we spent €300 in total on entrance fees, animal photos, close interactions with the animals (animal passport experience), bob slide and food. I feel that this money could have been much better spent at another park, and I was very disappointed with our visit. We paid €50 for each of the kids for a 60-minute experience, where we went inside enclosed areas with animals to feed them and learn about them. It was a small group, just our two kids and another couple. I asked if I could accompany them, as my kids are Norwegian and don’t understand English, but I was not allowed to join. The guide's level of English was very poor. My daughter is fearless, so it went fine, but I was concerned she might get too close to some of the animals. She couldn’t understand the guide, so the educational aspect of the experience was very limited.
The pizza was tasteless and not worth the money, as were the chips.
The park itself is well laid out, and if it weren’t for the negative staff, it would have been an okay visit. I would probably still recommend it for a first-time visit with kids, but I wouldn’t return for a third visit with ours.
The staff at the much smaller Monkey Park is far better, and the overall experience there is much more enjoyable. If you’re happy with a smaller park, I truly recommend visiting that one instead.

The show with the birds was fabulous! Seeing eagles, marabou, hawks so close was exciting. Also, most importantly, animals seem loved and respected!

I had my doubts whether to go to the park after the opinions we had read. But we have already visited the island many times and for a little change we have encouraged ourselves. And not so bad, really. It's clean and well kept. Attentive and friendly staff. The bird show we loved! What we found a bit “theft” is that they inflate you to photos and each photo 10 euritos... No pack or anything... We have eaten in the pizza shop and the truth is expensive for what it is, but at least the food was fine.

What happened to all the big cats that the park used to have? There are no whote tigers, lions, pumas, jaguars just wondered what happened to them. Staff wouldn’t answer when I asked.

Loro parque and jungle park are different levels, if you are able to go to loro parque I would. Its about 1 hour 30 bus ride, it cost us for 2 adult 103€ for entry and bus. Very well organised, with Atlantico tours. I likened it to the parks in Orlando, Florida, everything very well kept and presented , the orca and dolphin shows is very good, Food was nice and for the type of place reasonable. We found Jungle park more expensive for food and snacks. But Jungle park is still nice to go to i think it was 60€ for 2 adults, and the bird show was really good.

You can buy a ticket for children aged 3 and over. Not under. I think these are then free.
