Toller Strand, recht naturbelass, gute Buddelmöglichkeiten für Kleinkinder, Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Strand, auch wenige Schattenplätze sind hier zu finden. In der Nebensaison ist hier kaum etwas los und es sind sehr, sehr wenige Menschen am Strand.

Plage située avant Matala, très propre, accès facile, peu de monde fin avril, idéal pour pratiquer le naturisme.

Diesen Strand besuchen wir seit Jahren. Gerade der ganz linke Teil an der steilen Felswand gefällt uns am besten. Im Sandstrand kann es im Sommer sein, dass dort Schildkröten Ihre Eier legen und man mit viel Glück beim Schlüpfen zusehen kann. Einfach nur schön da.

Splendide plage à à peine 10 mn de Matala, aménagée mais a minima, et moins peuplée que celle de Matala. L'eau et le paysage sont magiques. Les tortues viennent y pondre, attention à ne pas marcher sur les nids :-)

Disappointingly touristy. Not quite the empty beach we had hoped for. Hundreds of people under beach umbrellas all the way to the distant taverna - better though towards the nudist end. The ruins, part of the attraction for us, were fenced off.

Bella spiaggia molto ampia con parcheggio sia gratuito sia a pagamento( 2 euro).
Ci sono diverse taverne per poter mangiare o bere qualcosa di fresco.
Nella parte a destra ( guardando il mare) , ci sono i nudisti ( qualcuno farebbe bene a coprirsi da quanto è brutto).
In sostanza è una spiaggia che consiglio di vedere a chi è in zona

We came here after a sweltering hot visit to Phaistos. We chose this over Matala because we wanted to avoid the crowd and wanted something less commercial, and this did not disappoint.
Komos is a wide beach with clean water and beautiful view. There were plenty of couples and families to feel safe but did not feel overcrowded during peak season. Parking available and there are 2 tavernas for lunch after swimming.
Climb up to top of the cliff for a panoramic view of the Libyan sea. We really enjoyed this beach and it was the highlight of our trip in Crete.

Spiaggia bellissima, pochissime persone...forse attirate dalla vicina Matala, mare bellissimo e fondo particolare con lastre di roccia. Aggiungete i i depositi di uova delle tartarughe caretta caretta e capirete perché, secondo me, questo luogo è magico. Disponibilità di parcheggio, costo 2 euro, ed un piccolo camper che prepara un po' di panini e bibite fresche. I vicini scavi sono, purtroppo, chiusi e per nulla valorizzati.

Gorgeous sandy beach, recommended by locals as their preferred over the nearby Matala beach. Sandy bottom and gradually gets deeper so good for those who want to keep their feet on the bottom. The nudist section is at the far end and really a heavenly spot. Must be one of Crete‘s best beaches. Would recommend going to the taverna that overlooks the beach for great fish.

Kaum sind die Lockdowns vorbei, beherrschen Tausende Auspuff-manipulierte Motorräder und Mopeds mit Höllenlärm die ganze Region Pitsidia, Matala, Kamilari, Kalamaki, Mires und Timbaki. Erholung unmöglich. Nach den Lockdowns sind kriminelle Kids schlimmer denn je. Die Griechen scheinen unempfindlich und desinteressiert, die Polizei sowieso. Die Touristen sollen Geld ins Land bringen, aber sie haben auch das Recht sich zu wehren. Schade um diese unglaublich schöne Stück Erde, das systematisch zerstört wird. Nachdem die Griechen das Meer mit Dynamitfischerei zerstört haben, wird alles mit Milliarden pfandlosen Plastikflaschen verhüllt. Das Meer ist voll davon, die Caretta Schildkröten nur halbherzig geschützt und dazu jetzt die totale Akustikverschmutzung. Sprecht die Griechen auf die unglaublichen Umweltsünden an. Die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt

Est-ce un accès facile et direct? Nous avons été déçu de Prévili beach.
Oui facile d accès et direct, plage très longue, avec vue sur Paximadia et Agia Galini, coucher de soleil magnifique.
