We came in. They bought vintage things, an ice cream mold, a reproduction of drawings, a brain-shaped mold for the November halouvin, even though it's not fashionable nowadays, honey in honeycomb, a magazine Listing with recipes. Everything went nice somehow, relax, even without the turtle)

Adult entry -600p. For that money, you'll get a 10-minute knock-down lecture on desserts and some sort of leaven wrapped in a recipe. Everything. I mean, everything.
There's nothing to watch. It's all covered with paintings by the founding artist. Amateur paintings: strange ladies and hares.
Red price to the museum 300p and those would be pathetic.

Absolutely not in accordance with the name-museum. It's a barracks where different things lie and hang in incomprehensible piles. No clear signatures, plates, zero window decoration. On self-examination the impression is terrible. and this is at the price of 400 rubles,no discounts for pensioners. Many exhibits are just paintings and objects for sale.staff are yelling and hammy.Of our group only two ventured to visit this institution and were very disappointed. There are no decent conditions for tea and delicious beautiful desserts and absolutely.Everything is dusty, dirty and uncomfortable. There is no comparison with the museum of pastiles in Kolomna or Tula gingerbread. The Museum of Love Orlova ,by the way in the same city made a very pleasant impression. No one should visit this institution.

They took a tour with a tour guide, sat at a table, a woman (tour guide) spoke in a very quiet tone for 20 minutes about some fragments about Russian desserts, very superficially. Unfortunately, we didn't like it. I think it's overpriced.

I didn't like the museum at all. Our opinion is that the museum could have been much more interesting. Mostly paintings with hares, painted for sale. Single displays faintly remind us of desserts. The excursion is dedicated to tea drinking, why can’t you do an excursion dedicated to the history of dessert. I think that 400 rubles for an inspection in this museum is overpriced. A weak resemblance to the Back to the USSR museum. We are very disappointed

The expectation did not coincide with reality at all; it is not clear why this place is even called a dessert museum.
I’ll say right away that the place is very mediocre, not worth the money spent and especially the time spent.
First of all, no service. Everything has to wait, the workers are in no hurry, no one is interested in meeting your expectations.
Secondly, we took an excursion, the cost was 400 rubles for an adult and 200 for a child. For this money you get the opportunity to explore a couple of rooms hung from floor to ceiling with paintings that are for sale and a story about “desserts” lasting about 20 minutes from a woman who herself is not interested in this story, is constantly distracted, forgets the sequence and then returns to what - important, in her opinion, details. And the purpose of telling this is to advertise the goods that they sell)) It was boring for both the adults and the children there.
Thirdly, a master class. There was a master class on making a sugar rose. Cost 600 rubles. They hand out a dish with a piece of dough, spray their hands with antiseptic twice and give brief instructions on what to do, also constantly being distracted, the event takes about 10 minutes. In the process, of course, it would be possible to tell at least some story, to somehow stretch out at least this All.

Tip of the day - read reviews carefully and on honest resources. I was attracted by the description of this museum, and the name, of course. In fact - expectation and reality...heaven and earth. I'll start with the positives. The idea to tell about the history of Russian dessert is good. Quite a cozy room for tea drinking, brightly decorated, antique restored sideboards, dishes. This is where the advantages end. Because an independent tour of the exhibition costs 400 rubles! does not give any understanding of what Russian desserts have to do with it and where their history is. This is really an ordinary private gallery, a store where they sell some designer items. At the same time, it’s still not for everyone. No story, even just about the history of the museum, where the idea came from, etc. Out of stupidity, they also paid 400 rubles. for bird cherry tea. Also no comments. No interesting presentation, just 50 ml in a glass cup. Why, why here... it’s good that they didn’t take other paid activities... honestly, it’s a waste of time and money. It would be better to spend it on other interesting places, of which there are many in the city. By the way, the day before for 500 rubles. We were in the arena at the exhibition Around Levitan with the curator of the exhibition!!!!!! And it was wonderful. I don't recommend this museum.

We visited the museum on February 22 and purchased tickets for a master class on making pies in a Russian oven. Impression? Indescribable. In an old ruined house, utensils from the 50s -90s of the 20th century are displayed. Look curious, nostalgic. And then at the master class we were met by a man in a dirty apron and the smell of sweat. He suggested washing our hands in a plastic bucket and drying them with toilet paper. Then he gave us an ax so that we could chop the firewood, which was painted boards. Next, there was a dirty table, not covered with anything, cutting boards were taken from the windowsill, greased with oil and they began to roll out the dough with rolling pins (also from the windowsill). Moreover, our “teacher” handled both the firewood and the dough at the same time with the same hands. At the end we were served saucers with the words “London” and weakly brewed tea in a modern teapot. And the rolling pins and boards were asked to be thrown back onto the windowsill. Of course, no one even wiped them off.
They wanted to express all this personally to the owner of the establishment, but she did not want to listen. Therefore, draw your own conclusion... and for 10,000 rubles for four of us we received not the most delicious 19 pies and no story about life and history.

My family and I visited the Russian dessert museum. I really liked it, it was original, there was something to see, a nice shop with handmade souvenirs. Memories from kitchen utensils from the USSR. We remembered what we had, desserts and cakes from the Soviet era, and we were overjoyed. Nice. The excursion, although not long, is interesting. She took us to the world of old Rus', as it was with delicacies there. I thank the guide and the people who created this project.

We ordered a master class “Guriev porridge from the oven.” I wanted to do something unusual. The recipe itself, the process and the result are, of course, very interesting. The porridge can be considered a success, but the conditions of its implementation cannot be expressed in words.
The room is not exactly heated, and the master class is long and complex. That is, even at the Russian stove we sometimes had to wear jackets. Cooking without the ability to quickly rinse your hands means utilities are far away and on the street. In this situation, no one even thought to at least offer wet wipes. No aprons or gloves are provided.
The master class costs 3500 for each participant!
We chop firewood right in the room, where it’s cramped and full of living people. It’s not that they don’t tell you about safety precautions in advance, but I’m afraid that the owners themselves simply don’t know it. So, I recommend that everyone who is going to master classes in winter dress warmly and in collective farm clothes, so that it is not a sin to get dirty. In general, the reception is cool in every sense. Formal attitude, no soul.
When we visited this museum three years ago, we really liked the atmosphere and the whole museum, but then the stove didn’t work, so we planned to come again for the master class. And now we really don’t recognize the atmosphere - it turns out they’re just making money there. There was no pleasure in the process. It’s a pity, because it was a trip on the occasion of a family holiday!
