First of all, the view is gorgeous and the waitstaff is fantastic. The food leaves much to be desired though. I got the pistachio crusted walleye and it was flavorless. For the price, I expected much better quality. My husband got the surf and turf and the mashed potatoes had a weird sweet taste and the steak was nothing spectacular. I rarely leave average reviews but we went here based upon reviews and left very unsatisfied.

The food here is good. We usually take the boat and tie up to their dock. Ernis has both indoor and outdoor seating. Service is relatively quick and, best of all, they have an out door play ground for the kids.

Average food but nice environment, was busy but still staff was give attention to you. Will probably go again, not fancy but nice

Nice place to eat on the patio with great food. It has a nice view on the water so it can be a little busy at times.

Yearly visit to Ernies via pontoon boat. Great outdoor seating with Gull Lake as a background. Everyone enjoyed their food except for my Caesar salad, that had some sort of dressing that was off putting and definitely not Caesar.

Newly remodeled and loving it!! There is just something special about being out on the boat, driving up to the dock and enjoying some good grub at Ernies!! The food is good, the service is good and the view is fantastic!! The new menu has some good offerings, but we had a shorter stay this year so we only had one lunch with cheese curds and wings. I would say that both appetizers were quite good. There is an outdoor sand volleyball court, swing set and they offer live music. A stop at Ernies should definitely be on your agenda!!

Stopped at Ernies for an evening meal while attending an event in Brainerd. Ernies was three days from completing a renovation of their dining room so we dined at a table in the bar area - good lake view. Great service and great food. Staff were very friendly, as well as some of their local customers. They had a brisk Tuesday evening business an initially said the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour (due to the limited seating). However our wait was probably not more than 30 minutes and we were able to get two chairs at the bar while waiting.

This establishment is off the beaten path on Gull Lake. The menu has a lot of options. We decided to have their special of prime rib. That was a mistake. No flavor and I asked for medium and it was pretty much all grey. My baked potato was small and 1/4 of it was hard and not edible. The roll and salad was very good. We also ordered the fish sliders for an appetizer and they were excellent. If we do give them another try I hope we have better luck. Our waitress was very nice and attentive.

Stopped for dinner. All had great hamburgers and sandwiches. Service was excellent. Selection of beer was great.

호수를 향한 못진 풍경이 감동적입니다. 음식들도 전반적으로 만족스러워서 가족들도 다들 만족했습니다. 야외가 경치가 좋으나 호수가다보니 벌레가 조금 날라다닙니다
