During our holidays this fall, we decided to play the course for the first time. It is indeed a beautiful golfcourse but the behaviour of the players was really strange.
We were a flight of 3 (a member of the course played with us) and the flight in front was 4 people. They seemed to be very old and played incredibly slowly.
This is not a problem, but with their way of playing, the gap in front of them became bigger and bigger while other flighs were stuck behind us.
We tried to ask if they would let us pass, which was refused categorically. The old man seemed to be a former president of the club and he does not want to be passed. Even the marshall did not help. The guy seems to be untouchable. We could not end our round because it got dark. This is unacceptable especially considerin the price we paid. Won't play there anymore.

Bellissimo percorso, molto curato, tecnico, buche lunghe non troppo larghe, qualche insidia ma complessivamente molto bello, un gioiellino inserito nel verde del Ticino.
I giocatori dilettanti potranno mettersi alla prova ottenendo buone soddisfazioni, i pro troveranno pane per i loro denti.
Consigliatissimo e divertentissimo.

Ein sehr schöner Platz. Abwechslungsreiche Löcher inmitten von einer schönen Landschaft mit Wald, Wiesen und Bächen. Drivingrange ist sehr weit weg. Das ist mühsam. Die Preise sind zu hoch - wenn man bedenkt, dass man wenige Kilometer weiter in Italien bei gleicher Qualität nicht mal die Hälfte bezahlt. Personal ist freundlich aber auch nicht mehr.

Der Golfclub Lugano ist einer der ältesten Golfplätze der Schweiz, aber immer noch interessant und herausfordern.
Grosszügige Übungsanlagen und ein ordentliches Restaurant geben dem Club seinen gebührenden Rahmen.
Der Platz ist auf den ersten Blick eher einfach, doch hat es viele Tücken und Löcher die das Spiel zu einem Erlebnis machen.
Gehen sie selber hin, speilen sie eine Runde und lassen sie die alten Bäume und die schöne Landschaft auf sich wirken.
Ein typischer Parkland Platz inmitten schöner Natur.
Grosszügige Übungsanlagen und ein ordentliches Restaurant geben dem Club seinen gebührenden Rahmen.
