“‪Gem in the Adelaide Hills‬”

‪فندق رائع حقًا ما معمل نبيذ رائع مع مجموعة مختارة من النبيذ, فريق عمل ودود ومتعاون وأكثر من ذلك بكثير. أتمنى لو كنت قد حاجة إلى تعمل على بعد أن تستخدم هذا مرفق جميل . لا يمكننا الانتظار حتى نعود مرة أخرى لتناول وجبة.‬

‪An exceptional winery‬

‪We had a lovely time at the Bird in Hand winery today. There were seven of us and we had a wine flight. The staff were polite, extremely knowledgeable when telling us about the wines and friendly. We shared a cheese platter and bread and the food was exceptional. The garden shows they care too.‬

‪Possibly the most over rated winery in South Australia. Staffed by incompetents. Their wine is in my opinion terrible and their food is worse. Older people are just ignored. If you aren't uploading photos to Insta they don't want to know you.‬

‪Great wine. Excellent service. Gorgeous gardens. Allow some time to relax and take it all in. This will be a place where you spend an hour or so.‬

‪Exceptional and inviting‬

‪Our visit to Bird in Hand was exceptional. We were walked through two different wine experiences with a wonderful host who only just started, but presented great knowledge and he was very warm and inviting. We treated our selves to a platter which had a beautiful selection for local cheese, honey, fruits and nuts.
It’s hard put our experience into words, it was such a delightful visit. We are interstate, but would put Bird in Hand as a number one place to visit when we are back next (with others in tow!)‬

‪Wonderful wine experience‬

‪We tasted the $30 flight but to our delight one of the better range was open so was substituted and was truly delightful. Our personal host was Jackie and she was very accommodating, informative and attentive. We lingered over our cheese platter and tasting for sometime without feeling rushed.‬

‪Went there to watch a band play outdoors. Band was great but not impressed with Bird in Hand. You can taste the discrimination in every sip of their mediocre wines.‬

‪Bird in Hand war das erste der von uns besuchten Weingüter in den hier wirklich malerischen Adelaide Hills. Bird in Hand hat den Tasting Room in einem alten Fasskeller. Davor gibt es eine zauberhafte Terrasse mit einem wirklich schönen Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Bekannt ist das Weingut nicht nur für seine Weine, sondern ebenso für Essen, Kunst und kulturelle Veranstaltungen.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse mit einer schmackhaften Käseplatte und einer Weinprobe für mich sehr genossen, schön war es und geschmeckt hat es uns ebenfalls. Ich erinnere mich an einen sehr guten Chardonnay, kann aber nicht mehr sagen, aus welcher Weinreihe vom Weingut Bird in Hand dieser stammte.
Hinweis: das Weingut ist nur bedingt barrierefrei, überall gibt es Stufen. Über den Rasen kann allerdings die Terrasse auch per Rollstuhl recht gut erreicht werden.‬
