It was my first dive experience and the Fun Dive was really amazing! Adityo was an amazing guide and was with us throughout taking lovely pictures and helping us every step of the way. Andriy was really sweet and helped me with all the questions I had regarding booking and the entire team is so warm and welcoming!

Great overall experience! We really wanted to see Mantas, and this was a last minute booking. Most places were already booked or charging unreasonable prices.
Andriy was extremely helpful, he was able to book us for the next day, gave a fair price and managed all of our transportation details as we were staying in Jimbaran. Andriy made everything seamless, pick up from our hotel, to Sanur harbor, purchase of express boat going/return ticket and our return back to the hotel.
Dive shop was nice, everyone was friendly, gear was new. The actual dives were nice (visibility could’ve been better on the first dive but still good enough to get good vids of the Mantas). 2nd dive visibility was great, we were able to see turtles, vibrantly colored fish and lots of hard and soft coral.
I’m AOD an accustomed to 45 - 50 minute dives, these were on the shorter side and lasted roughly 39 and 35 mins so it left feeling underwhelmed in that sense but overall as initially stated Great experience and thankful that Andriy went out of his way to make our trip happen for us.

After emailing many dive shops around Nusa Penida, we decided to go with Sanctum due to the professional & friendly communication from the owner, Andriy. We explained our level of experience (20 years; 3,000+ dives) & the sort of diving we wanted to do & Andriy personally made sure all our needs were met, including taking us to the lesser visited sites with our own dive master. All the staff were beautifully friendly, happy, accommodating & fun, & we also enjoyed socialising with them on a few evenings! Between Andriy, his 2IC Cleo, our cheeky divemaster Mowgli(!), lovely Adit & the whole crew, we couldn't have been better looked after! We're looking forward to continuing our diving adventures with Sanctum in Sulawesi & the Gili Islands.Definitely the best dive school we've had the pleasure to dive with in all SE Asia! Thanks Sanctum - we'll definitely be back for more!

Sanctum dive made my experience of diving safe and enjoyable from the very beginning. There is a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in the dive center with friendly staff at every turn. I was very fortunate to have Brian as an instructor. As a reluctant diver to begin with, Brian reassured me and made me feel safe at all times. Brian's patience ensured I finished my open water course, when at times I thought I wouldn't make it to the end. The dive itself was very enjoyable in clear waters with manta rays, turtles and sting rays to name just a few. Nusa Penida is a beautiful place to explore underwater. I would highly recommend Sanctum Dive!

Дайвили большой компанией, 4 взрослых и 4 подростка. Для двоих делали интродайв, остальные ныряли на 3-х сайтах за день.
Прошло всё великолепно! Детьми без сертификата занимались отдельные инструктора, погружение делали на манта-пойнт, так что даже новички увидели этих великолепных созданий.
Места для дайвов были подобраны отлично, оборудование свежее, лодки в хорошем состоянии, инструктора и гиды общаются дружелюбно, работают профессионально.
Одно из лучших впечатлений этого отпуска.

The wind conditions this week were too dangerous to get to Manta Point, but the encredible staff organized us four incredible dives in eastern and northern coasts. We saw amazing things and got an excellent guidance! Thank you Samuli and Audrey! ♥️

This review is not nice to write. I have been two times before at Sanctum Una Una, which is one of the best dive shops I have been to after Cedric came to manage it. I would love to write same about Sanctum Nusa Penida. Unfortunately the experience was amateurish and felt like a factory line to get our money.
First problem was manager Andris communication before we arrived at Nusa Penida. We booked room for four nights at Sanctum resort by contacting Andri through Whatsapp. He's answers consisted mostly of couple of words "yes possible", "we have room", "ok". We were left with a little bit arrogant feeling as he didnt sound very interested about having more customers. Sidenote: he can speak good english.
Second bigger problem was that he hadnt made a reservation for us after all or he had double booked the room. When we arrived at Sanctum resort we were told there is no room available. After we got a room from other accomodation, he contacted us and told there would be room tomorrow, but at that point after poor communication and double booking packing our stuff and changing back to Sanctum resort didnt feel anymore a nice idea. We still decided to go diving the following day with Sanctum.
Third problem was the dive itself. Boat took us to manta point where we got very short brief for the first dive. Not anything about diving depths or bottom topography. The good thing was that we saw the mantas we came for.
Then came the second dive. We didnt get any briefing this time, the site was mostly bombed with dynamite and there where really nothing to see.
We didnt meet Andri nowhere, only his dive guides, boat crew and other customers. Sanctum Nusa Penida feels amateurishly led. There has to be better managed dive shops at Nusa Penida. Go for them. If you go to Una Una, pick Sanctum there. Cedric is a warm and welcoming person with a professional attitude to diving and running a dive shop / accomodation. The reason for two stars is that it could have been even worse. And in the end we still saw mantas.

We had the best time with the Sanctum team! Jimsy was our divemaster, but Emmy was on our dive boat so got to know her too. The whole team in the shop were super helpful and welcoming. My boyfriend was doing a discovery dive - Jimsy conducted a great session in the pool for him. The team were so amazing, that we decided to stay a night at their resort on the island rather than go back to Sanur as planned! The eco resort is beautiful - fitted with a pool and sauna too! Very good value for money and a great place to relax after a day of diving.

Really enjoyed learning to dive here and getting my PADI Open Water certification. Andriy our instructor was very patient with our group. He was relaxed and friendly but always professional and I felt safe and confident. Prior to arriving, we communicated with Sanctum via WhatsApp and they were always very helpful and prompt about giving information to meet our group’s needs.The water was beautiful, we went to different dive sites on different days and saw manta rays and big turtles. A more experienced friend said it was the best diving he’d ever had. I highly recommend Sanctum and would dive with them again if I come back to Nusa Penida.

Andriy Sanctum dive at nusa penida was great! Saw some manta rays , amazing experience. Cleo was patient and caring.
