Went for a couples massage. And WOW, one of the best Thai massages we ever had. Great technique, asked what area I want to focus on and the therapist listed and focused on back and shoulders. Highly recommend!!!

Ive been having regular massages here and its always blissful and relaxing. Quiet, calm, professional and the therapists are true artists. Heaven!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and polite the staff made sure that I was ok during the massage I went in with a sore lower back I was suffering from severe mucle spasams after getting medial massage my back feels alot better thank you guys I really appreciate it and I will recommend it to everyone.

Lovely service each time I come! Great communication about strength of massage, clean and comfort rooms, and lots of different massage choices. Highly recommend Siam Senses.

My husband and I went in together and while he was happy with his masseuse, I was left very disappointed. It could be hit and miss but the girl I had didn’t actually know what she was doing and basically played with my hair for the last 15 minutes! She was just wasting time to get to the 90 minutes. Oil only on my back (was ok) and the back of my legs, which consisted of a few circular motions on my hamstring, calf and base of foot. No oil on the front, just pressure through the towel and then 30 minutes of constant rubbing on my scalp followed by hair playing! There was lots of chatting between the masseuses and at one point left the room with my back exposed for what seemed like forever to only come back with a hot towel. It was honestly the worst massage I have ever had. I actually asked the receptionist if my masseuse was new, she was shocked and said that she had been in the industry for over 10 years, and that management would call me. I am still waiting on this call which is worse…

Absolute shock and we are sorry to hear your massage mismatch expectation. Our team is highly trained to tailor service and optimize experience for each guest. We are glad to see that your husband enjoyed our service and facilities. Please accept our apologies and rest assured it is an isolated case. We will do anything to fix it.
The type of your service was a combination of Thai & Oil massage. The front part was designed for dry massage with light herbal balm, so the masseuse can effectively apply our secret Thai massage technique and mix it with yoga stretching. The latter part was for the Indian head massage which applied light to gentle pressure around your OCTP, scalp, and forehead. It was designed to maximize your comfort and many guests have fallen asleep during it. Our therapist would constantly be checking for pressure during the session, if you need pressure adjustment, please inform her at any point.
Our front desk left a log in our system, there were attempts to contact you by call and message but could not reach you. We have 48 hours of lead time to investigate the case. We are regrettably full of sorrow if it is causing miscommunication here and led to your review.
We would love to have you contact us directly for the correction of this misunderstanding and to further correct it for you. Please feel free to call or email us. We await to make things right if an opportunity is given.

Does Siam Senses really have male therapist? I have been trying to make a reservation and they keep saying he is fully booked and to call back in fortnight times, but it has been over 3 fortnights and they still say that he is fully booked for 2 weeks.

I’ve had a massage by a male therapist at the Phillip premises. He was pretty good too. They just asked when I called that morning if it was ok, and since I’ve been massaged for ages in a rugby league dressing shed by males I’m not fussed; I just need the massage. Maybe just make an appointment and then discuss follow-ups with him.
