オークランドの繁華街（CBD）からバスで２０分ほどにあるミッションベイビーチ。高級住宅街で閑静な場所。ちょっと人混みから離れてニュージーランドの自然に触れたいな、という方にお勧めしたいビーチ。
ショッピングモールはないですが、コーヒーが楽しめるカフェ、アイスクリームやさん、レストランがあるので、ビーチや公園で遊んだ後はお食事も楽しめます。私は、子供を連れて公園へ行き、ピクニックを楽しむのによく行っています。
道がきちんと分けて整備されているので、ランニングやサイクリング先としてもお勧めです。

Quite Busy but still room for people to chill - probably wrong time to visit over Christmas festive period when a lot of family parties on the beach but clean, tidy and plenty choice for food and soft drinks

What a lovely location, interesting views that change by the minute, sandy beach with grassed area.
Bar's, cafés, restaurants and shops to visit.
Also shaded park with trees if required.

nice relaxed atmosphere close to shops restaurants and bars clean safe beach to take kids. some parking if you are early enough

We traveled from central city out to Mission Bay. It is a beautiful waterfront suburb in Auckland. It has stunning views of the Rangitoto and Auckland Harbour with great place to dine along the promenade.

10 Minuten Fussweg von meiner Gastfamilie entfernt. Abends kann man am Meer sitzen und den Kaffee genießen und den Wellen zuhören und den Sonnenuntergang zuschauen.

not the prettiest beach in Auckland, but it is easy to get to. there are some nice restaurants along the shore here, and great fruit ice cream!

A few minutes drive from centre of Auckland with lots of wonderful restaurants. Some Art Deco architecture.

Very safe swimming and lovely spot for eating out and strolling along sea front. Parking can be a bit of a wait but nothing to bad really.
