We had an amazing day with Dennise, who collected us from our hotel and took us to five wineries, including a lovely lunch stop. We learned about the different valleys in the Marlborough region and sampled an excellent range of wines from family-owned to larger scale vineyards. Dennise created an excellent itinerary for us focused around sauvignon blanc and pinot noir, and she was very knowledgeable and laid back - we had a brilliant day - one of the highlights of our NZ trip! We've been on various wine tours around the world and this has been the best. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a personalised experience.

What a wonderful accolade; "we've been on various wine tours around the world and this has been the best."
We worked on your itinerary for some months to get it just as you wanted, (reviewing wineries to consider if they were smaller family owned ones or larger corporate wineries), you had a great mix! :)

Dennise was very friendly and helpful from the start of the day. We had our young granddaughter with us and Dennise made sure she was included from the beginning. She was knowledgeable about the wines and cellar doors we visited. She put together a brilliant itinerary for the day that allowed us to sample some great wines and eat delicious food. Would definitely recommend her to others thinking of taking a wine tour around Blenheim. An excellent day out.

It was fun creating an itinerary to showcase wines you were fimilar with in the UK, then on the day seeing and hearing your enjoyment!!

Denise curated a perfect afternoon for us. Her communication before hand ensured the tour was tailored to exactly what wines and wineries we wanted to visit.
Her vast experience in the wine industry shines through.
She even recommended a specific wineries at a specific winery in the Nelson area and when we went to taste and buy it, they knew exactly who had sent them!
Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous day with Dennise. We learnt so much about the area, visited lovely wineries, enjoyed beautiful wines and had a delicious lunch. Dennise was welcoming and very knowledgable. We highly recommend a tour with Little Marlborough Wines. Thank you Dennise!

It gives me the utmost pleasure to create an itinerary for your day, and for you to alter it if things are not quite right. Then the day starts with expectation, and excitment.
At the end of the day to have lovely new friends with me who have found new wines and wineries to enjoy and maybe looking forward to some bottles arriving at home later is part of my love of Marlborough's wines.
I think you found the best time of the year for your time in Marlborough if you enjoy crisp sunny days with no crowds!

Outstanding wine tour today with our family, would highly recommend this private wine tour, Dennise has a beautiful personality very professional and an outstanding knowledge of wines and knowledge of winery’s in the Marlborough are. Our day was amazing and complete with some purchases of beautiful wines to take home.

Dennise, the owner of Little Marlborough, was the perfect guide to tour the vineyards with. Her background in wine was extremely helpful in setting up our day. She was in constant contact with me and tried to incorporate my groups ideas with her suggestions, which were great. She emailed a detaled, itinerary well before our meeting day, for me to go over. Each vineyard we visited, she was well known and even made special arrangements to get us into a vineyard which was closed on Sundays. Dennise is a gem, knowledgeable, fun to be with, and a great person to spend a day with touring the vineyards.

I do enjoy the planning stage of everyone's tour, it's so important to match your preferences to the wineries we visit. Then on the day everything runs smoothly and it's a real pleasure for everyone. (Including myself! Lol )

I found Dennise & Little Marlborough Wine Tours through a simple Google search. What stood out to me were both her story and willingness to create custom itineraries. We were coming in on the scenic rail and needed to be picked up at times that did not work for most tour companies. Not only was Dennise able to work with our schedule, she took the time to get to know our wine preferences and took us to some amazing wineries that we would have never known about otherwise! She was also able to get us some Pinots that are no longer available on the open market! All in all, if you want to experience excellent wineries that do not show up on the usual tourist lists and have an experienced local to guide you, Dennise is the person for the job! Can’t wait for our next wine adventure with Dennise in NZ!

This was such a wonderful day. Dennise was a wonderful guide and knowledgeable she quickly understood what we would love to taste, see, and do. We had a great fun enjoyable day. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

My newlywed husband and I had the most amazing private wine tour with Dennise. She was so kind, knowledgeable, but not pretentious at all. She made our wine tasting experience so unforgettable. I would recommend little Marborough wine tour, 100 times over!

We had an exceptional day with Dennise. She selected 4 great wineries which each offered something different. She adapted the day as it became more apparent what types of wine we preferred. Overall a great day with lots of laughs and excellent wine!

It was a wonderful day, you gave us lots of time before you came to NZ to refine your itinerary to get it just right!
It's part of my job, to know what varieties and where the wineries are, to give you the very best experience.
