Beautiful vineyard to visit! Great spots to sit relax and enjoy tastings. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Worth the visit

Delicious wide range of wines but most of all incredible knowledge and service by Alice. We rode our bikes here and enjoyed a lovely wine tasting. You could spend most of a day here on the lawn enjoying the wines. It got suddenly very busy a little before 3pm and I’m glad we mostly missed the rush so Alice had time to discuss each wine with us. She was very accommodating to our tastes throughout the tasting. Thanks!

Please do not overlook this fantastic winery and tasting experience.

It was our second winery of the day and so far the best.
The wines were absolutely awesome, scenery unmatched, but the game changer was the service:
Ashley was not only bubbly and fun to talk but was actually passionate about her job and this you cannot buy it.
The price as fair and the degustation cost 10$ p/p discounted from the price of the wine if you will buy them.
Other wineries charge 20$ each! Not discounted!

Nepenthe winery... stunning view, lovely wines and even better service. I went to this winery with 4 other friends, and Gianna took us through a wine tasting. Gianna and her co worker were so accommodating with my allergies and so informative about their wines. We learned so much, and the information was delivered in a fun and accessible way. Definitely worth a trip if you are in the Adelaide hills, it was one of our highlights.

Would leave a 10 star review if We could. We had the most amazing tasting here! Our tasting was with Alice (I believe) she was amazing with talking us through every little thing and the wine was great! The place is stunning and well worth the trip! Love the build your own cheese board idea too. We did have a hiccup with the eftpos machine but they handled it like pros and fixed everything up! Can’t wait to come back!

We booked a sit-down wine tasting, Charlotte expertly guided us through the entire list. All the wines were very good, with the whites being particularly good. Alongside our tasting we ahead a DIY platter which was delicious. A good range of options were available for the platter, being able to choose only what we wanted suited us well.

Visited Nepenthe cellar door yesterday for a tasting and was very pleased to have been served by Gabby who advised us very competently on our wine choices. She also was extremely helpful assisting us on a totally non-wine resulted issue (namely trying to desperately book flights back to Queensland to beat a border closure). Her kindness has not gone unnoticed and we feel her manner reflected very well on the Nepenthe brand.

We really enjoyed our tasting experience thanks to a very friendly and knowledgeable host. They have a great range of wine varieties and they also have a selection of products that you make your own food platter from.

Nepenthe wines boasts an envious lawn with space for the family and children to enjoy.
Our host was friendly and all too accommodating for our impromptu wine tasting at 4.45pm (close at 5pm).
We were able to sample a handful of wines and were intrigued by the Tempranillo Rosè.
An interesting range of blends that make Nepenthe a unique choice amongst the crowd.

what food menu is available on Sundays - this Sunday ??

I have not seen food or looked into food there, they open at 10 am compared to most that open at 11 am, Hahndorf is close for food, I will try and find out as I will be there in 2 weeks time
