GREAT EXPERIENCE backed by friendly indoor flight experts. 2x isn't enough, my teenage son wants more!! He isn't new to indoor flying, but he enjoyed IFly GCoast experience and the professional coaching much more vs other countries. (15Mar23).

Excellent experience for all ages ! Great instructor’s making it a whole lot of fun !! It’s worth a high fly. Would definitely recommend.

We purchased a value package for our 10 year old son and an extra high fly experience for another $15 ( i think it was $15). The value package gave him two 1:40m flight times, the high fly experience time was done in his second 1:40m time block.
(for those of you with Entertainment book this package is offered with a discount deal)
You must arrive an hour in advance but there is usually always someone in the tube so you can enjoy watching it rather than sitting around . A safety video is show, they are geared up with a flight suit, eye and ear protection and given a helmet. They review the signals and then enter the tunnel system.
The flying itself will be dependent on your ability to hold yourself flat and straight. Our 10 year old son understood it quickly and was strong enough to hold his position in the wind and was floating around easily by his second turn but some kids struggled with it as the wind force was too much to overcome and they were bent by it.
High Fly they raise the fan up and the instructor takes you up to the ceiling, in our case, our son was taken to top two times in his high fly experience.
I was extremely jealous and wished I had gone in myself. Ah well next time!

My 11yr old son thoroughly enjoyed this experience, it’s not a cheap activity but still very much worth the money.

This was great fun and the whole family loved it. With these sort of places you need to go for the maximum experience but it also depends hugely on your instructor. Our instructor (Gold Coast Ifly) was Oliver and he was superb. He relaxed everyone, he was calm and was very professional ... he was a delight and if you manage to get Oliver then you will be in luck.

My 9 year old daughter requested that we do this and asked that I go with her. It wasn't something I had considered before, so I had no thoughts about it going in. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it. The team were professional and helpful. My daughter and I paid for the double time experience which I suggest purchasing for getting the most out of your experience. Theres a short training session beforehand and the instructor stays with you the whole time. Our group had a child of 4 years through to adults 50-60 years. You get the option while in there to go up the top with the instructor for $15, my daughter chose not to, but I did and it was so much fun! Videos and photos are available to purchase after, but we recorded our own from the sidelines.

This is me. A transgender woman (she/her) who battles Gender Dysphoria, Autism, ADHD, Tourette’s, Chronic anxiety, chronic depression and several other mental and physical limitations every day.
Today was my birthday and my partner booked me in for some flying in the tunnel as I plan to go skydiving properly within the next year.
My huge excited smile quickly turned into crying in the car, embarrassed and humiliated.
When I arrived I was called a man. I corrected the staff member and said I’m not a man, I’m a trans woman. My partner then also corrected him.
He called me a man again before telling me there was a weight limit after looking me up and down. He told me to step on scales in front of other staff and customers, read out my weight and said I couldn’t fly without an instructor. There were no instructors there. So was told I couldn’t fly at all.
Humiliating as this was, I was feeling defeated and just wanted to leave so said never mind. He then said “sorry man. I mean not man. Sorry man… Ah. Man. A total of 9 times I was called a man. 6 of those times occurring within literally 2 minutes.
I then said I wanted to speak to the manager, Chris. The manager came out and pretty much just said “the staff member apologised, there’s nothing else we can do” while shrugging his shoulders in a very careless manner. I said there is more that could be done after being spoken over and having Chris mansplain and cut me off for about a solid 5 minutes. To which he asked what could be done. I said that staff should undertake a course in sensitivity towards LGBTQ+ identifying customers. He had no interest in this and again told me there’s nothing else that can be done. Apparently saying “oh sorry” fixes everything.
So after being repeatedly misgendered and being disrespected by the manager, my partner being discriminated against for being deaf, and being told I’m pretty much too fat to fly, I left. Walked down the stairs I previously almost ran up with excitement and sat in my car in tears.
This is the worst experience I’ve had anywhere and the fact the manager couldn’t care less just made it so much worse. I will never be returning and I urge all LGBTQ+ identifying people to avoid this toxic place where discrimination is acceptable. Absolutely disgusting.

Not expecting much, I was pleasantly surprised! Indoor Skydiving is a crazy experience, and I would recommend it to anyone. It's really worth giving it a go, at least once.

My teenage son participated in this activity. We booked online and we arrived earlier than expected and they were able to put us into an earlier flight group as someone had cancelled. The instructors are amazing giving everyone thorough instructions. They are great with kids and adults alike. My son enjoyed his flight. You have the option of ad ons as well.

I'm a little confused on pricing and booking times...
$49? $69? $99? 3 different prices... What is the difference please?
I want to go tomorrow... Currently staying on GC.... Is it a book in advance type arrangement?
TIA for any advice... (Myself and 9 year old son going 😀)

The prices are based on different days.
It is $69 for Monday-Tuesday
$79 for Wednesday- Friday
$99 for Saturday & Sunday
They do advise to book in advance.

Sorry I thought I was answering the question for something else! Check google for opening hours. Car parking is available within walking distance but not immediately next to the venue.

Hi everyone - our standard weight limit is 115kg if over 180cm and 105kg under 180cm. We do have a set of scales on-site. Flyers over our standard weight limit but under 135kg may fly provided an experienced instructor is available to take the flight. However, the experienced instructor must be requested at least 7 days prior to the flight date and will incur a $30 ‘special request’ add-on.

Hi Alina! Our basic package is just $99 for 2 flights and includes training and gear rental.
Every flight lasts for 50 seconds which equates to the length of a freefall from a plane at 14,000 feet. The total iFLY experience from start to finish lasts for approx. 1 hour and 45 minutes.
If you're looking for a bit more of an adrenaline rush, we also offer the iFLY High for $109, which is 2 flights PLUS whizzing up to the top of our tunnel! We also offer 4 flight ($169) and 10 flight ($369) packages if you're feeling adventurous and would like to learn more in the tunnel.
