We always stop at the nearest Visitor Information Centre in a town that's new to us. They are all special in there own way but we find the help and information the staff can provide to be invaluable and, of course, they can point out places and things to do that are unique to their area. Toowoomba's Information Centre upheld the ecxellent standard of all those we have visited throughout Australia.

So pleased that we elected to visit here first rather than following our noses to see the gardens. Service was excellent. Not only were we provided with information about the major gardens but about smaller places of interest. As we’d had a long drive the suggestion of a cafe to sit and relax while planning our visit was greatly appreciated

We found the assistance we received cursory - certainly polite but we got the base spiel and sent on our way. Of course they're very busy during the Carnival of Flowers but a bit of warmth wouldn't have hurt.

One of the best information centres we've come across in Australia. Super helpful and friendly staff. Great selection of local brochures including maps. Easy parking. Definitely should be your first stop as a tourist if you're spending any time in toowoomba.

The visitor centre was clean, and well laid out and the staff were brilliant. Plenty of information was available and nothing was too much bother for the staff. Well-positioned in town as well.

We called into get some info were to stay admiting it was a very wet day and was 30 mins before closing the staff were in a hurry to lock up so we grabbed a few books & left.

Such friendly and helpful staff! The Visitor Info Centre is always first on our list when we arrive somewhere. This one is great!

This was a meeting point for a tour of the parks and gardens. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They had a device charging station, which we utilised. Useful information on locally produced food and artisan-made items.
