‪يقع في وسط المدينة. يسهل الوصول السكان المحليين والسياح. الكثير من المعلومات المتاحة. خرائط مجانية فريق عمل ودود ومتعاون. إذا كنت تقوم بزيارة Hastings، لا أو ما يمكن مشاهدته أو التي تريد أن ترى أو لا شئ مختلف. على‬

‪مارس 2017‬

‪يقع الفندق في القديمة التي تم تجديدها بشكل جميل الاحذية (؟ ) يناسب الحاليين. إنها تحتوى على منطقة كبيرة محلات داخل الباب رائعة مع بعض المنتجات المحلية التي انتباهي. لهم كتيبات الخ في الجزء الخلفي من المبنى لسبب ما، فريق العمل متعاون للغاية تقع في الشرق الأوسط. كنا يمر عبر انه تفقد - الموقع لكنه كان يستحق ذلك بالفعل.‬

اقترح تعديلات لتحسين ما نعرضه.

‪Aren’t I-sites specifically for tourists to find out information? Well I felt more of a bother than anything else. We wandered in and browsed a bit and eventually as I walked straight passed the desk, the agent said hi. Didn’t look up from his computer screen, carried on doing his “more important work” and vaguely asked if he could help. Since he seems so uninterested, I declined.

In such a service industry it was very disappointing. Should have got up, come round the desk and asked if he could help in any way. Isn’t that the aim? Oh well....‬

‪We arrived with queries regarding local walking and architecture and earthquake related tours. The staff were really helpful and provided good advice, maps and leaflets to ensure we could make the most of our stay in the area.‬

‪We arrived in Hastings early this afternoon from overseas - and decided to visit their tourist information place. It was closed.

It’s actually just a small part of a shop - not really an information place at all.

Even their TV online tourism display in the window wasn’t switched on so we couldn’t get it to work.

Could do much better Hastings ! :( ‬

Hi We apologise that we weren't open when you arrived into Hastings. We are open on a Saturday from 9.00am - 3.00pm. Apologies also that the touch screen wasn't working. We will see to this immediately as there must have been a problem with our internet connection to the terminal. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We hope you however still enjoyed your stay in the Hastings District.

‪The place to go for information on what to do when in Hawkes Bay. You can sit down with staff and they can show you options of activities to do. They also have a good variety of kiwi souvenirs to take home- clothing, body products, toys, jewellery. ‬

‪Excellent i-SITE in Hastings‬

‪We found the I-SITE Visitor Information Centres to be excellent in New Zealand, the centre in Hastings was no exception with a huge amount of printed matter on the local area and also for areas that are further afield. The staff members were eager to answer any questions and were very helpful. The building where the I-SITE was being repaired and hidden by tarpaulin but was still open for business.‬

Thanks Paul for your fabulous review about our i-SITE and our staff. We are very lucky to be in such a grand old building and also lucky our landlord invests back into it with a new paint job on the way. We hope you had a great time in the Hastings District and Hawkes Bay.
