We were very unwelcome with my spouse, the person who received us at the Check-out site (a man) was extremely unpleasant with us, it would seem that he is racist and homophobic because he also attacked a couple of French women who were walking their dog on the beach and this in front of us ... We were extremely embarrassed my companion and myself ...
I share the picture of the man, if you are French and you come across him flee!!!
However very beautiful walk, beautiful landscapes but really a shame to come across someone who seems not to like tourists when it is they who make him live.

Treatment of nefarious staff, facilities and equipment, old and with questionable hygiene measures

The experience itself we really liked for the activity and for our monitor that was Carlos. Very poor facilities with no hot water, no soap, no locker.
Super old and broken wetsuits and vests even if they do perfectly their function are very old too. The smell of fetid suits, vests and helmets.
The treatment of the rest of the monitors leaves much to be desired, even among them they were treated without respect and with little companionship. At the end of the tour we were forced to put the boats on the trailers but screaming as if it were part of what you pay for the journey. Now I regret not saying 4 things to the monitor Jara, pq we did not give credit for that treatment to the group, yelling at us, saying to help that I would not repeat it more times... Impressive... At least if you had asked us with respect.
Finally, to say that there is another company next door that takes everyone perfectly equipped with new suits, even boots, I imagine the price will rise but only for that to me it would be worth it. A greeting

Fue una experiencia maravillosa. Los guías son súper divertidos y profesionales, me encantó hacer rafting y kayak con ellos. Sin duda volveré pronto y lo recomiendo 100%. El lugar también es maravilloso.

He echo rafting en el Esera y es genial, la parte final muy chulas y me han dicho q para mayo se activa un río más cajero y de deshielo, el Ara, de Torla a Broto a las puertas del Parque Nacional de Ordesa, me han puesto los dientes largos e iré llamando a Carlos para informarme, no me lo pierdo. Y por cierto, las canoas en el Entremon chill y espectaculares. Q relax me he traído y buenas vibras. A más ver amigo!

Somos una familia de 2 adultos y 3 niños. Teníamos reservado para hacer kayak pero se tuvo que suspender por tormentas. Ríos de Pirineo nos buscó otra opción al día siguiente: rafting. Fue una experiencia muy divertida que no olvidaremos nunca. Somos sordos y en todo momento estuvieron atentos para que disfrutáramos y pudieramos enterarnos de todo. Tanto los padres como los niños disfrutamos muchísimo. Carlos, el "jefe" es un gran profesional, siempre pendiente de todo desde el momento que contactamos con él. Los monitores tambien genial, sobretodo Juliá, que era el que iba en nuestra barca: siempre alegre, atento, y haciéndonos disfrutar de esta experiencia que jamas olvidaremos. Ademas van haciendo fotos durante el trayecto que puedes adquirir despues, y son muy buenas!!! Repetiremos!!

Priorizan cantidad de "clientes" frente a su disfrute. Mucho descontrol y prisas desde el inicio. La actividad de rafting dura 3 h escasas incluyendo la llegada, pago, entrega de material desplazamientos de ida y vuelta.
Ya en el río, a la hora de hacer los grupos por balsa rápido y sin previa organización no se tiene en cuenta la edad de los participantes. Fuimos dos personas de 30 años compartiendo balsa con otra familia que incluía una niña de 4 años y dos de 6-8 años. Aunque la actividad se llame rafting, acabamos haciendo un paseo por el río muy "agradable", que no era justamente lo que habíamos contratado.
Ya en el río, a la hora de hacer los grupos por balsa rápido y sin previa organización no se tiene en cuenta la edad de los participantes. Fuimos dos personas de 30 años compartiendo balsa con otra familia que incluía una niña de 4 años y dos de 6-8 años. Aunque la actividad se llame rafting, acabamos haciendo un paseo por el río muy "agradable", que no era justamente lo que habíamos contratado.

¡Altamente recomendado! Lo hemos pasado genial. Estuvimos con nuestras hijas, te explican con claridad nociones básicas y te hacen sentir muy seguros en todo momento. Abel un gran profesional, si os toca de guía es genial!!

Actividad de algo más de dos horas de kayak, con guía, por el congosto de Entremón. Fuimos con niños pequeños (entre 3 y 8 años) y todo genial. Nos explicaron muy bien las nociones básicas que debíamos tener, y remontamos parte del congosto escuchando historias de la zona que nos explicaba Carlos. Al finalizar, un pequeño picnic que nos supo a gloria. Muchas gracias por la experiencia!
