Cinema validation was never an offer here at Westfield Chatswood but we offer the free Westfield Plus membership app, which our members can enjoy 4 hours free parking or free parking for entry after 6pm. Hi 252traceyy, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one. Our contractors were engaged as soon as the escalators got damaged, however parts from overseas required and really extended the wait time. Since June of last year we have been advertising our free membership program, Westfield plus. It certainly had lots to offer and parking is just one of the many benefits. Once you are a member you will receive 4 hours free parking at Westfield Chatswood with first entry or free parking after 6pm to mid night.. The standard free parking for non-members is 2 hours free here and you could always press the 'Help' button upon exit where our team will be able to assist if you have concerns over your parking. Allow us to recommend you joining our loyalty membership program Westfield Plus. All that is required to become a member is to download the Westfield Plus app on your mobile phone and register your details including your vehicle rego. One of the great benefits includes 4 hours free parking every visit and free parking when you enter after 6pm.
